This was obviously photographed a while ago. Come to the Phipps Garden Apartments in Sunnyside in 2013 and you will see pathways without shrubs, no flowers, and thanks to Mr. Douglas Hanau, no more Christmas Tree in the center of the courtyard. It is now lacks bench spaces in the garden areas and hard mud where grass grew. Under the current leadership in the past few years, this historic property is sad. Come see for yourself.
