I have no particular reason for learning Arabic I just find it so beautiful but, I got really interested in the Egyptian Arabic dialect
Also if I was to learn Egyptian Arabic and i go to a country where they wouldn’t speak Egyptian would they understand me?
Would Arabs understand me if I speak MSA?
@@elhydra7726 ok I guess what you mean by MSA is the slang language or the informal arabic so to speak right?
If so the the answer to your other questions is yes but not most of the time.
Because its not the same MSA in all arabian countries, for example me as an egyptian I find it extreamly hard to understand the Moroccian MSA etc..
But if you're asking whether people from other arabian countries would understand egyptian MSA? The answer is maybe (it depends)

At first I was uncomfortable, but then I realize they were just trying their best to speak to me with the few phrases that they knew
So I'm a Egyptian and I speak English very well and I am only 12 years old. So in some schools in Egypt they don't teach students english that good because these schools poor people enter it

As an egyptian I don't feel like Those girls embarrassed us or them or the Egyptian people It's not a shame that you don't know someone else language and it's not necessary to learn it for example I live In Dubai and 99 % of the people here they speak Taglog Hindi Malabar punjabi Urdu Persian Russian and so many different language and i find it bit difficult to understand anyone of them with all respect to the these people they even don't know each other language so please guys chill with the فضحتونا UK-US dont know how to speak arabic does it mean they embarrassed their country ?! at least they tried hard to talk with him and engage in a conversation

They didn't learn their language at that time yes ..but they forced the occupied army to speak their language ..not like most of countries ( if you know who i mean) who really got rid gradually their mother tongue language after being occupied by french army for instance ...besides, that time majority of schools were learning french as a second language and they refused the enemy language to speak ..read the history mate then mock as you like!
