1:45 you were pretty much correct, the PC version only released due to Comgad, who was involved with a "costly" Czech localization of the game. according to one thread about it, "they spent money to produce a costly dub for it and they didn't want to see their money go wasted."
Some info i can give as a polish person This version was widely available here lol im shocked to see its considered rare As for the polish dub for some weird reason it wasnt in the steam version Nor the subtitles were ...atleast for a while They added it back in like 2021 i think? Em2 had some patches in that time frame and looking back it was probably around when rebrushed development started so the ones patching it was none other than purple lamp The polish dub is overall very good one of the few games that i always replay with a pl dub
As someone who grew up playing EM2 in Polish, I recommend playing it with the polish dub, it's absolutely phenomenal and, in my opinion, way better than the original voice acting. Though it's a bit sad Oswald's Polish VA Wojciech Paszkowski passed away recently
Hey I don't think you should dedicate your content entirely to Epic Mickey you might run out of ideas so I have a Idea for a series you should make that would be smart... It's about Animations Down Under! Yeah Australian Cartoons there is not much videos about them so you could do videos about the History of Animation of Australia which is up to your name!
The plan is to make Epic Mickey videos until Rebrushed releases (I have all the videos planned out up until September) so I should be good until then. Post-September there'll be little-to-no Epic Mickey video essays

this is also why it only released in Europe
(also why the Steam version doesn't have the American localization files, only the European ones)

Well, I did rip the iso, but when I try to boot it, the launcher tells me to put in the real disc and not a backup.
