  • If you are stuck waiting on a bus, car or even a Dr Office, having a simple, yet interesting, crochet project will pass the time quicker. Introducing the Crochet Dr Office Project. It is technically the Speedy Texture Dishcloth.
The project is using the Nubbly Stitch. It's a combinations of 2 stitches to form the one sided texture to help clean even more. It's using trebles and single crochets.
The project is straight forward and uses Lily Sugarn Cream yarn. You can opt to have the additional chain 10 loop or leave it off. You can decide what works for you.

This video is closed-captioned for the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities. The captioning is also available in multiple languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. The written pattern is only available in English. . *** .

Thank you for sharing this pattern. I love watching your videos and making your projects. You recommend working in the back loop of the chain, I have let myself not follow that instruction in the past because I found it very clumsy and gave up. This time I gave myself a pep talk and made it through, so I’m very happy with the look. Another reason I wanted to make this wash cloth is the treble stitch. For some reason I love the treble. Once again, thank you for the pattern and video you are fun to watch.

After the Christmas crochet rush I was craving something fun, quick and easy, this dishcloth fit the bill! Mikey your explanations were so easy to understand and remember for a newbie like me, I finished this in no time! I wanted a smaller size, so I chained 26 rather than 44, my dishcloth came out to “7 x 7”. This is a new favourite, thank you!

Love this one! I love dishcloths with texture, they work so much better to scrub dirty dishes. Thanks so much for sharing the pattern.

Hi Mikey, Hope you had a very Merry Christmas and that you have a great 2019! Funny that I ran across your tutorial for this nubbly dish cloth bc I just finished one about 3 days ago! Yours had a slight variation to the one I did and I like your version better. I also do not use the little hanging loop for the same reason.. I have no place to hang it. I think I will make another using your variation. Thanks for doing this tutorial for us. xo

It is multiples of 2 according to the webpage. And I can confirm that 30 worked.

I would like to make a matching dish towel, using thin pattern. How many stitches and dimensions would I need to achieve the dish towel? I really like this pattern.
