Thank you for this video! It's well done, well explained, we can see what you're doing and you don't drag out parts...going to go find some yarn in my collection and try this pattern out!
Great demo. Many thanks. Regardless of the pattern you are demonstrating you always explain the patterns clearly and succinctly. I also love that you state the required stitch count early on in the demo for those that might want to alter a pattern. I do wish other demonstrators would follow that example. It is so useful, as is information as to even approximate amounts of yarn required for those that are not intending to, or maybe unable to access the yarn used in a demo. Stating that a particular amount of balls or skeins of the chosen yarn required is not helpful! It is not always possible to see how much yarn is in a particular skein. Obviously if you are using a speciality yarn that might make up differently to more usual yarns it might be difficult to offer alternative amounts required.
I've only been crocheting for just over a month now. I really like this project a lot, and I'm wanting to try it out. But I want to make sure I understand your directions correctly. The first row that your crocheting into the chain row, are all of the single crochets worked in the back loops? You only stated this on the first one you did, but I'm assuming it's carried out this same way across the whole row lol. But I'm just wanting to be sure 😁
Do you have a pattern for the other dishcloth showing in the picture? It would be great to make a dishcloth with the ripply surface. Love your patterns!!Kiwi
OMG....this has me more flustered than the C2C......I'm doing EXACTLY as you're saying, watching it over and over, and mine is NOT looking like yours at all!!!! What could I be doing wrong?????? I'll keep practicing!!!
Since this is an instruction video, would you be kind enough to speak a bit more slowly, please? I miss half of what you are saying b/c you are speaking so quickly. It is not possible to 'chain one, skip the next stitch and then go into the back loop' of the next stitch' as fast as you say that which makes it very, very frustrating trying to keep up. Thank you.
@@ritapitman7184 Did you really need to make your nasty comment when two people before you said exactly the same thing as you did?!? You must be a delightful person to know or is it just that you feel entitled to make rude comments to people you don't know b/c you will suffer no repercussions as a result? Anyway, I'm so happy that I don't know you personally!!
Easy to understand your instructions on this crochet dishcloth/washcloth tutorial. Thanks Mikey.
You are the best teacher and Yarn Inspirations have the best patterns.
I found the frog chirping to be very relaxing.. I guess I'm a bit anxious for spring. made my day a lot brighter. Glad I watched. And listened.🐸

Thank you so much. I hate the patterns with the row 2 & 3 repeat.

Is there a pattern for the dishcloth in the back of the featured dishcloth ??
The one in the background is knit, not crocheted. Looks like either garter stitch, or reverse stockinette (i.e. the back side of regular stockinette).
Love this video excellent job Mickey, what I like to know how do I get the pattern, I can’t download it, so can u please help me out❤️🦋🦋🦋Thanks Rita
checking link.
Oh... the pattern isn't in a downloadable PDF. it's written as an article. There's only 2 lines of instructions.
great
Please show whole ball of yarn

I figured it out but it still doesn't look right but I'm keeping on Keeping on!!! Thanks Mikey for your fun tutorials!!!
hearing the frogs in the background doesn't bother me Mikey. it's kind of soothing
i am so frustrated at the back loops at chain... it's so hard to find
tareginda then just use regular stitches.
So Cotton ay? I was told wool was best for that. guess either or?

I'm really sorry about that. :(
You can always pause the video until you catch up. I do it all the time and it works great
Slow down the video. In the right hand corner.
Just slow down the video for heavens sake

confusing as all
Can you be more specific so I know how to fix myself?
@@TheCrochetCrowd I believe my learning style doesn’t mesh with your teaching style. Thank you anyway
That's not the moss stitch that I know.
That's the moss stitch, maybe you should check out other tutorials and you'll find it is done the same way.
+Mzdiana82 I have, hence why I said that.
Jane Doe You are thinking of the knitted miss stitch... Crochet is different..
There are 2 different kinds of moss stitch. Creative grandma has the other one.
When will you quit speed speech Mikey? Not cool dude!!! BTW, pattern has too much gapping for wash or dish cloth. Slow your roll.
