If you're going to react to a live performance I would recommend the ones from the 'Teatro Metropolitan CDMX' concert that have been recently released.
They have excellent pro-shot video and pro-recorded sound. I recommend their Blacklist version of 'Enter Sandman' or 'Disciple'.
These ladies are best seen live...no joke.
Thanks for checking them out, there is a LOT more to see and learn about the band.

I am not taking away from them at all, I am sure they are fantastic live (I will check some more of them live). But there are at least a couple of Japanese bands I can think of that are also better live than on their studio recordings, so they are not unique in that fact. I actually think that's a great thing and it should be praised. Yes, a lot of it has to do with that albums nowadays are somewhat overproduced (not so much in The Warnings case), but it also means those bands have amazing musicians that don't hide behind that production and I'm all for it.
I am looking forward to check out some live performances by The Warning, I have actually mainly heard their albums since I have not been following the band that closely (I own their albums though).

How many bands sound as good or better live than their album recording? So few; Rush, Pink Floyd, Willie Nelson? These girls already do sound as good or better live. In time, they will be among those greats as they follow the steps of Willie Brown and Lightening, as portrayed in the movie Crossroads. Thinks about it. @TheWarning

We who are fans refer to them as DPA (Dany, Pau & Ale) or TW (The Warning). They are bilingual and all but two of their songs are in English (up to now). Their latest album, Error, was produced by David Bendeth and is their first album released by Lava/Republic Records. The first two albums, XXI Century Blood and Queen of the Murder Scene were independently released and paid for largely by fan contributions. One of their EPs, Mayday, contains six songs that also appear on Error.

Welcome to The Warning OSE. It was a great first reaction to this amazing band of 3 sisters. With over 40+ original songs, all written by the 3 sisters, you will see great songwriters, performers, and musicians.
Live is where these 3 sisters excel. Their music video sound quality is reproduced as good ,if not better live.
For a 3 piece band to produce such sound is amazing, and this is due to choices of tones and sounds they choose on their instruments. They also use backing tracks that they have recorded themselves.
All 3 sisters are all able to play piano, too.
Last year and this year has been a busy time time for these 3 hard-working sisters. I flew from England to see 3 shows in Texas. 3 out of over 100+ shows they performed last year that included opening for The Foo Fighters, Guns and Roses, touring with Halestorm and Pretty Reckless, and also opening for 3 days grace and Muse.
Yes, 4 recently released live performances at the Teatro Metropolitan theatre have great audio and video and includes this song Choke, Disciple, Animosity, and their version of Enter Sandman as requested by Metallica themselves for their 30th anniversary Blacklist album.
Other songs such as Evolve, Dust to Dust, and Dull Knives are also great songs to newcomers to this band. 🤟

Yes, to me too this riff is grungy, like Alice in Chains in their best times... they have something for everyone in their blend... classic rock, punk elements, grunge, hard rock, 70s, 80s, 90s... a power trio is the most pure rock band formation, that's why they really have this nice rhythm section. Paulina, the drummer, sings lead on some songs too... they are best live, try Evolve (live session on their channel) or Enter Sandman (from the show in Mexico City last year on their channel). Thanks for trying out The Warning! There is a lot of their music that is conveyed by feel. I have always felt that The Warning sit somewhere between rock, punk, and metal. They pull their influences from a wide variety of genres including K-Pop and classical. All three of them are classically trained pianists as well as the instruments you saw here. Alejandra (aka Ale [AH-lay]) was at the time the youngest Spector signed artist at age 13.
The Warning sound exceptional live-I might even say that they often sound better live than on the recordings. I had the good fortune of seeing them twice last year. Once in a small club, and once when they supported Halestorm. There are four newly released concert videos from a show they did August 2022 at Teatro Metropolitan in Mexico City. They are phenomenal performances.
    Disciple ruclips.net/video/Wo0odllVq8g/видео.html
Choke ruclips.net/video/MMtuwMLGm-I/видео.html (you could compare this to the music video you just posted)
    Animosity ruclips.net/video/K8VPX-diRl4/видео.html
And their re-imagined version of Enter Sandman ruclips.net/video/vg9vNE7gm0I/видео.html
I get a sense that you guys might really enjoy heading down The Warning rabbit hole. There is a lot of good material there. Many of us old (50s+) rockers think that The Warning is the missing piece of rock we have been looking for in the past 30 years, and that they represent the future of rock.

I first discovered The Warning back in mid 2015 when they were literally children doing covers and their father was posting videos of them on you tube for friends and family to see the girls progress. I knew right off the bat that there was something special about these three “little girls”. It has been nearly eight years since I saw a video of them doing a cover of Metallicas Enter Sandman and have not missed a single day since in which I have listened to or watched a video of these amazing young sisters.
In my 63 plus years of life I have never been so into a band as I am these young ladies. They are simply in a class of their own as no two songs sound alike. They exhibit a very wide range of “styles” in their music, yet at the same time have created a unique and distinct sound that is unmistakably their own. I believe it is impossible for them to produce a bad song.
I have been saying for many years now that they would one day be known world wide and be recognized as one of, if not the greatest power trio of all time. If you continue down this rabbit hole I believe you will agree that they are well on their way to bringing that prediction to fruition. Mark my words, these sisters will without a doubt sell out arenas and stadiums, and not just be invited to participate in, but headline the biggest music festivals the world has to offer.
By the way, I have subscribed, because it is a true joy to watch someone new discover and dive into this rabbit hole. I am convinced you will love these young ladies.

They are just as good, if not better live. Ale is sponsored by Spector, and that's her signature bass that she designed with them. As a matter of fact, all three have been sponsored for a number of years. Ale is only 17 in this video, and is already considered to be one of the best bass players.
All three sisters are classically trained pianist, and started playing their instruments at age 8 or younger. They write their own music and play every instrument you hear on the album. If you hear a backing track, it's one that one of them recorded. They are great lyricist, composers, musicians, and the sweetest young women. They never put a solo or fill in a song just to show off, if it doesn't drive the song they leave it out. I appreciate that as a listener. While I do like a great guitar solo, their are a lot of times it just interrupted the flow I was feeling!
Anyway, I look forward to checking out your channel, and welcome to The Warning rabbit hole, dive deep, and enjoy! 👍♥️🤘

The Warning are three sisters from Monterrey, Mexico that started making music very young Alejandra (Ale = Aleh, not the beer. Bass, backing vocals and keyboard, the youngest- 18) and Paulina (Pau = Pow. Drums, backing/lead vocals and keyboard, middle sister 21) at 3 and Daniela (Dany = Dany. Guitar, lead vocals and keyboard, the oldest 23) 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band.
They had been uploading their musical journey to RUclips for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2012 and started rehearsing for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 22 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show! The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10,000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston, Ma. USA.
They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album "XXI Century Blood" in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded "Queen of the Murder Scene" and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues.
In June of 2019 they released a single, "Narcisista". A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. This was recorded live in June 2019 at Foro Didi in Monterrey Mx (their hometown) - ruclips.net/video/O7IAEhN4RMM/видео.html
The Warning is totally fan-funded through Patreon, RUclips and crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and Kickstarter. They have turned down offers from record labels and talent shows like American Idol because they did not want to lose their control of their music, image and wanted to focus on learning. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever!
So after a very successful Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a North American tour and to record a new album achieving their goal within 24 hours and surpassing that goal by 600%. Unfortunately the Covid-19 Pandemic forced the band to cancel their tour plans and postpone making their album. Their last live show before the global lockdown was March 14 2020 at the Vive Latino 2020 Festival in Mexico City. This did not stop The Warning from performing though, they played a full concert set from their basement studio/rehearsal space for free for their fans on RUclips and Facebook achieving well over 50,000 simultaneous viewers on March 25, 2020. They have since performed from The Warning Cave a couple more times including for the city of Brownsville, Tx. for the Fourth of July virtual celebration and later in the summer for a charity event with rock legends like Slash and Ringo Star.
On August 9th 2020 The Warning announced to their Patreon community that after seven long months of negotiations they had signed a five record deal with Lava Records, a label under the Republic Records and Universal Music family. During the announcement they reiterated their dedication to their own creative integrity and dedicated fans on Patreon and were able to retain both in their record contract with Lava. In Sept of 2020 The Warning traveled to New Jersey, USA to begin rehearsal and eventually recording of their third album. After three months of recording and a month and a half of mastering, mixing and editing the third album was completed at the beginning of February, 2021. All that remains as of 22/02/21 is the album design and artwork and logistics of the release which will hopefully happen by the end of 2021.
In March of 2021 The Warning was invited to cover a song from Metallica's eponymous 5th album (The Black Album) with Canadian Grammy and Juno award winning pop star Alessia Cara for Metallica's Blacklist album. A 30th anniversary celebration for the Metallica album. They selected to record Enter Sandman, a fitting song because it was this song that propelled The Warning 7 years previous into stardom. The Warning reimagined the song with Alessia and produced a fresh new feeling that goes above and beyond what others have done with the song...
On May 21 2021 they released the single "Choke" to critical acclaim ruclips.net/video/TlOy0XbFVlM/видео.html . Followed by a new release roughly every month through to Sept.
On October 8th, 2021, The Warning released six songs that were recorded for the new album on an EP titled Mayday with the remaining 6 songs to be released at a later date.
Starting on the 18th of Feburary 2022 The Warning started out on their previously twice cancelled North American Mayday Tour. Their forst show was on Saltillo Mx followed by a short set openning for Mammoth WVH in Las Vegas, NV and another short set opening for Sammy Hagar in Austin Tx at the SXSW Festival. In Mexico City on March 18, The Warning got to open

Remember, they are still very young, and what they have accomplished already at such a young age is amazing. Remember they are siblings and they have an extensive catalog already. I believe they were 8, 12 and 14 years old when they did their first a
    EP.

Thank you for reacting to The Warning.
Something to note is that the lyrics of their songs are usually about non-trivial topics. Their songs are born with a clear idea of what they want to say, and the music and lyrics support each other.

Great Reaction. Subbed💥🤠. Note for any reaction of them that lyrics plays a lot of importance for The Warning. Note also that their second album QOTMS is a conceptual album best listened to live from Lunario song by song to follow the story.
Now to check out your own material.

Yeah she's playing a Spector bass. It's her own signature model. The Alejandra Villarreal "Ale's inferno" 5 string signature bass made by Spector for her when she was about 15 (I think, she may have been slightly older or younger at the time. It was during the pandemic there's a video where the Spector guys drop it off at her house all masked up)

The girls all have their own claims to fame. Ale the bass player was the youngest artist ever signed by a major instrument company. She was 13 when Spector signed her. She was 15 when they made her, her own model. Since then Spector who has over 70 signed has made her one of their 3 featured artists on their web site. Metallica and many others have praised the drummer who sings lead on a number of songs and writes most of their songs. Dany the front woman has been called the future of rock and roll by Lzzy Hale. Lzzy presented her with a Custom made Gibson just for Dany during a show last year when they were on tour together.

Another interesting phenomenon is that among The Warning fans are a number of OG rockers [like, REALLY old] who had totally given up on ever again hearing the Rock music they loved back in the day. The band really puts out emotions that the fans pick up on; they should already be mega-stars. Where is Ed Sullivan when you need him?

This band may sound good in the studio, but they positively blow your mind live. The Warning bring so much energy to their live shows, and to me they sound much better live than studio.

These ladies are on top of their game and it seems like they are one of the top bands playing right now and deservedly so.
One observation that i've made about Dany's Vocals and Guitar playing is that she reminds me of Ann and Nancy Wilson from Heart, rolled up in one person. She certainly has the pipes and guitar skills. What do you guys think?
Of course Pau and Ale fill up the sound and make it HUGE.
You guys always have very good reactions.

Enjoyed your reaction! I see some have mentioned their current ages, but worth pointing out that they were just 21, 19, and 16 when they cut Choke. Can't pass up the opportunity to recommend the Evolve and Disciple OMVs. Evolve, which really highlights Pau's ability to "kick maximum a**," was shot with 16 iPhones and a drone in just a few hours. Disciple is a more elaborate, but still locally shot, production where Pau and Dany trade off lead vocals and Ale maintains a great bass line. For live, the vids from their concert at Teatro Metropólitan in Mexico City on August 29, 2022 are top notch.

Hope you react to the 2014 cover of Enter Sandman, when the girls were 14, 12, and 9yrs old. It will give you an idea of how they exploded on RUclips. It was recorded by their family to be sent to their grandparents who live in a another city in Mexico. The file was to big to send in an email, so their dad put it on RUclips. It now has 24+ million views. Most of the live videos are fan made. Some are good, and some are not. The Army doesn't care...we will listen to every recording, every video, every Instagram Vlog or Midnight concert they put on social media. The fan base is LOYAL. These girls treat fans like old friends and family. Watching them go from toddlers to the women they are now is as heartwarming as it sounds. The Warning.......YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Welcome to The Warning. I am sure that you will hear from other members of TWA that, while we like this song fine, it is not the strongest offering off the album. It is sort of the most radio friendly of their songs, though all of their music is very catchy/hooky. Your take about the band conveying feeling was interesting. I think that is one of their best traits, music and lyrics that make you think/feel. Solid old school style rock n roll without unnecessary navel gazing instrumental gymnastics, though you will catch a short tasty guitar solo here and there.
I think you will like them better live. Hoping you look at something from their show at Teatro Metropolitan from this past August. I would recommend Disciple, though Animosity, Choke (same song you just reacted to), and their cover of Enter Sandman, released in 2021 as part of the Metallica Blacklist album to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Black album, will all work. Their Enter Sandman is not a standard imitation cover, but instead a full on re-imagination of the song from metal to hard rock in the 2020's.
I have been watching and enjoying your reactions to Band Maid, Lovebites, and Hanabie. Looking forward to the release of your own music and more The Warning. Subbed.

Welcome to The Warning! They are a studio-quality live band, and you really must check out some of their live performances. Where as most band chase the studio sound in their live performances, The Warning does the opposite. Really high energy and incredible stage presence, all while creating a huge wall of sound. Pau the drummer sings lead on about 20% of their songs, and sometimes she and Dany trade leads during the song. Recommend Disciple live at Teatro Metropolitan, or Dust to Dust live at Lunario (which is from a few years ago at this point) as your next reactions. Dust to Dust is the prologue from their second album Queen of the Murder Scene, which is a concept album that tells a story of unrequited love, obsession, murder, and madness. Hope you'll do more TW reactions and as we say in The Warning Army: You Have Been Warned!
