The problem I see with this house is its severe lack of personality. It appears designed in such a way to be as inoffensive as possible and feels more like an expensive corporate hideaway for events and such than a private home. Kudos to the agents for powering through the uphill job of trying to sell this investment property. It's almost impossible to not see this as a billionaire's glass piggy bank, devoid of architectural heart and life. *Maybe* a work-week office for a studio head or tech founder who wants a place to stay while taking meetings in the LA area. But livability or entertaining? You'd make a better impression renting out Ikea for the day.

I wonder why it seems to only face east? Wouldn’t west be preferable - especially if you can see the ocean from the space.

For $50 million I expect a lot more than a glamorized appartment , I want acres of land , a pool or 2 , a barn with animals , a big house with no neighbours , fresh air , no noise ect ect.
