Green is for security for volunteer firefighters for paramedics or doctor in Morocco police use green red some ambulances use green in south korea ambulance use green in saudi arabia green amber is for security
So yea green fills the gap between red blues and amber
Green is more related to medical and military stuff too
In some countries green is emergency colour and its mandatory for you to give way for green light vehicles and in some countries like US Canada UK you dont have to but you're highly encouraged to give way for green either it is firefighter responding to emergency or security responding to emergency etc

In ohio you cant use green it is illegal, green is only for plow trucks i don't know about Texas
