I've got it quite a few blue wires and red so I'm having a hard time following which I have the sw900 display. And it's giving me a false battery reading and I've checked the battery it's fine
Batman, Since youve got the cable cut already, would you be willing to make another video where youve found out which female pins are the red and blue so that then it would be real easy to short those in the female end with a little u shaped piece of wire? Thanks for the video btw.
Your talking about a bridge. Yes, if I get the chance this week or maybe today. After I analyze the wire, if it makes sense, I'll do a vid. But this could potentially cause a serious problem. Controller could be TOTALLY DAMAGED if done improperly. I just subscribe to you😎
I really have no idea but it seems to me that would be the case because if the speed is limited by the Display then I suppose it will override without Display. Sometimes, controllers have a way to limit the speed as well so it could be possible the controller is limited by speed but probably NOT. Hall sensors from the motor help controllers provided speeds data I believe
Heya. Will this also work for the KT controllers? I think they should as they have the same julet cable connections that you have. My controller has the same 5wires comming out of the 1-4 cable that connects to the lcd display & throttle. I’m asking because my on/off switch on my lcd display has been acting up so bad. But i still want to be able to ride the bike while i wait for my new lcd to arrive. Thanks.
I'm sorry you're having issues. I only can say this works with Sabvoton Controllers. But many ppl have said it has worked for them. It NEVER stated if they were using a Sabvoton Controller. You may have to try it out (at your own risk) of course. That's my disclaimer. 🫱🫲🤝 If so, try only applying very little turn to the throttle as possible and slowly build up for testing and MAYBE it will work out. Please let me know whether or not it worked so I can know as well. THANKS IN ADVANCED 😎👍🏿
@@batmanofinglewood thanks. Tbh i dont even mind using pedal assist only. As long as i get power i’m fine. I’ll give it a go and see to be honest. Thanks for your super fast reply. Appreciate it.
I just got the info for you brother. The Red is whatever your Battery Voltage is + positive. The black is whatever battery voltage is - negative. In my case, 72v battery so my bike will be Red+ 72v, Black- 72v and so on. Cheers Mate🍻
So if you connect the red and blue wires together will pedal assist work or just throttle? I just don’t want the bike taking off. Also will it harm the controller doing this? I have an Lectric bike with a E-5 display will any e-5 display work on this bike or does it have to be Lectric brand? Thanks for your help.
I'm not sure if this will work for your controller. The safe way to do so is to lift the rear wheel off of the ground before testing. I'm using Sabvoton bluetooth controller for my setup. If may differ from your controller but may not? USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. IM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT MAY HAPPEN TO TOUR DEVICES 👍🏾😎

Ok first I have to say if something goes wrong, I'm ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE for your devices. If the bike is working I'm pretty sure you have the RED and BLUE wire in the correct position. DONT TOUCH THE RED OR BLUE WIRES. only the other two wires should be changed up. If you have the Black and White wires in place but NOT the Green, and the green is unplugged, switch the loose Green wire with the Plugged white wire. Did you activate your BMS? Some BMS's have to be activated once you connect everything. Does it have any information about how to activate your BMS on the BMS itself? Or does it come with manual?
I needed to activate mine by touching a 3v -12v battery to the specified wires for less than half a second to activate. You might have these factors to settle the issue
