  • In this video, you will meet Brad who stood up at a Tony Robbins event, concerned about his relationship with his wife.
    What’s interesting is that while Brad began to discuss his marriage, a deeper concern emerged from within him, and it was actually his relationship with his father that almost ended in tragedy.
    You see, at the time of the intervention, Brad’s father had recently attempted suicide.
    But thanks to grace, his father was still with them, and Brad was able to bring him to the event so that they may experience a breakthrough together.
    And what Tony teaches to help them get there is nothing short of life-changing.

    What's missing from this story is that Marvin did sales training and started a coaching business with a book written and seminars. He claimed to teach entrepreneurs how to succeed. He bought the good name and rights of a pool company, built by a family over many years. He immediately failed it, having taken money from many customers for work that wasn't done, and claimed bankruptcy, which he has done before. He was arrested for fraud and there was a threat of foreclosure on his house for the hundreds of thousands of dollars he owed to people. He also appears to have developed Parkinson's or possibly had a stroke, which may have added to it all, or perhaps been the cause of the situation. He expressed deep remorse and pain about not being able to give people their money. So his desire to end his life had a lot of pain behind it, and he wished to pay back all the money he owed to people.

    so i'm not quite sure when you use ho'oponopono. is it when you've wronged someone? when they've wronged you? over anything you you're unhappy about?
    let's say i've got horrible people at work who keep mistreating me (not a real anecdote thankfully). do i say sorry i love you to them? i'm confused.
    btw tony's recounting of dr hew len's story is a bit different than what i've heard in the past so that was good to see.

    • @RobbinsMadanesTraining
      @RobbinsMadanesTraining  5 месяцев назад +2

      Understanding when to use Ho'oponopono can indeed be confusing, but it's essentially about taking responsibility for our own thoughts, actions, and perceptions. While it originated as a traditional Hawaiian practice for conflict resolution and reconciliation, it has evolved into a powerful tool for personal healing and transformation.
      In situations where you feel mistreated or unhappy, it's important to focus on healing yourself rather than seeking apologies from others. Saying "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" is more about releasing negative emotions and fostering inner peace than directly addressing external conflicts.
      In the workplace scenario you mentioned, practicing Ho'oponopono can help you shift your perspective and release resentment, even if you're not directly apologizing to others. By focusing on self-love and forgiveness, you can create a more positive and empowering environment for yourself.
      As for Tony's recounting of Dr. Hew Len's story, it's fascinating how different perspectives can shape our understanding. If you're interested in exploring more about Ho'oponopono or how it can benefit you personally, I recommend booking a session with our enrollment adviser. They can provide personalized guidance and support. You can schedule your session here: Discovery Session Link.
      Remember, the power of Ho'oponopono lies in its simplicity and its ability to bring about profound inner transformation. Trust the process and be open to the positive changes it can bring to your life.

      @@RobbinsMadanesTraining thanks very much! i meant to respond to this earlier.
      the link you posted didnt work. i did google it. that seems to be for those who want to become a coach?
      regarding your second paragraph - who would we be saying i'm sorry etc to? to ourselves? what would i even apologize to myself for?

      @@RobbinsMadanesTraining hi! do let me know about the answers to the below questions if you get a chance please.

    • @RobbinsMadanesTraining
      @RobbinsMadanesTraining  4 месяца назад

      @@Swordifsh1 thanks for your comment. When we click the link it works fine, so it might have been a browser issue. The Hawaiian word ho'oponopono roughly translates to 'make things right' or to 'make things move back to balance'. Who you're saying sorry might change depending on the event that has occured. It's up to you to create the intention behind these words. You can practice repeating these statements with a friend or a partner just to experiment how it impacts your energy and relationship. Let us know if you decide to do that, and what your experience is.

      Tony doesn't drop F bombs just because, they're used strategically. Nobody can learn if they're in a state of certainty, to facilitate learning Tony will use whatever tools he needs to use to foster uncertainty, as Tony often says, confusion means you're about to learn something, frustration means you're about to have a breakthrough. Tony will work with anything and everything he has to lead a participant into learning and breakthroughs and sometimes an F bomb can be that tool.
