    I super love mandarin and orange thus i often eat the mandarin first. After eating mandarin, i don't need to eat too much cny cookies.
    I also love melon seed thus it delay they time i eat 😂

    比较难避免的是一种:我已经先喝水了/吃蔬果了/运动了。所以安全了,多吃一点也没关系。。。结果吃进去的热量远远超过喝水/吃蔬果/运动抵消的那点热量。
