I’ve been learning how to bow hunt solo for the past 3 years, and I have no family or friends with any experience to learn from. This episode is one of the single most helpful things I’ve seen in 3 years.
Man that’s great to hear! We are glad this episode has been helpful for you!
What state are you hunting?
Pick up a muzzleloader(depending on where you are) normally less pressure at that time.
Deer season cannot get here soon enough. I’ll probably rewatch this atleast 5 more times. Thanks guys!
Thanks for watching and we are glad you enjoyed it!
Great video. I think the term you're looking for instead of "ditch" is called a Draw for the low point. High point is a Spur.
I find myself coming back to this video often.
I got the chance to talk with Jacob at the expo and shared with you I harvest my first deer this year in Alabama on private. And then 5 days later shot my second doe.
Super excited to get in the deer woods in a few weeks here in Ga.
Thank y’all for all you do for us new hunters.
What about us florida men😢
Yall have it rough down there!
Also, how would you enter those upper crows feet areas and what kind of a wind are you looking for in such a situation?
Thanks guys 👍
Our pleasure! Glad you liked it!
So, what tripod/s would/do you use?
Are you asking for ground hunting?
@@thesouthernoutdoorsmen Right, Jacob mentioned it for hunting the logging roads and narrow paths.
@@sethmatherne7012 we both use a BOG death grip tripod.
@thesouthernoutdoorsmen thanks guys! Keep it up and hoping to be one of the success stories this year.
Excellent topic and episode!
This will help greatly with communicating and visualizing what one is talking about
We appreciate that feedback and are glad you liked the video!
Thanks for the content guys!
Great episode guys!
Fire breaks are perfect for clover patches!!
Absolutely!
Just shared with 3 new bow friends! YeeYee
Awesome man! Thanks for sharing this episode with them. Hopefully we get some listeners success stories from them this fall.
Tried watching this whole episode but couldn’t , got bored , this is a podcast episode specifically for noobs at ground zero.
Let’s see your wall pro 😂
It’s not for everyone but a lot of people have enjoyed it. Hopefully you’ve been enjoying our other episodes we’ve been putting out. Good luck this season!
@@thesouthernoutdoorsmen yes very much , I just like hearing stories from around the country from like minded hunters
Expo in Mobile this weekend makes the most sense for me logistically……as opposed to Dalton, Ga mobile hunter expo. However, I’m really wanting to squeeze another turkey hunt out this year, but I have to go to Indiana. I also need to make $$$$$ for deer season.🤦🏼♂️. 3 seasons- Deer, Turkey & getting ready for both!
We hope to see you there!
