I have a 925 and it’s a brilliant watch. The colour, the feel of the silver, the size, the accuracy - all outstanding. I have it on a vanguard rubber strap and it looks awesome.
Jealous, how's it holding up? I want one so bad but wish they made a silver bracelet for it, like the bronze

I’ve had this watch over 2 years now! It’s the best black bay 58! If you can get your hands on one used, I highly recommend! It’s a strap monster and the silver has a bit of heft to it compared to the stainless steel. It has more of a wrist presence.
I have this for a week now and love it. Way nicer in person.
I had so many watches over the years and never got as much attention as I had when wearing this one.
Not that this was a reason for me to buy it, but interesting to see people's perception.
I've had my 925 for only 2 weeks now and I love it. Tudor uses French company Julien Faure to make their NATO straps. Arguably the best in the world ($170.00 USD w/ stainless steel buckle for other brands). It did not cross my mind when I made the purchase, but I really cannot tell the difference in this sterling silver from white gold, especially if the gold is also brushed. I believe the watch has lost about 2 seconds in 14 days. Way too early, but zero tarnish so far and I'm in a southern coastal city.
I put steel bracelet and took some videos, it's perfect!!
Despite the controversy behind the alloy and how tests clearly show an absence of aluminum (proving Tudor has made use of false advertising) this is still BY FAR my favorite Black Bay 58. I would love to see a matching silver bracelet to go hand in hand with the BB58 Bronze.
If they made a matching bracelet I would lose my mind. I don’t see it happening though but a matching bracelet would really make it pop on the wrist.
If only they could create a true .925 bracelet like the one that comes on the pro!
Have the same watch and a good strap monster having put a black leather and also changed to a rubber strap with a stainless steel Tudor deployant buckle. The dimensions and specifications are perfect! Rolex and/or Omega probably will never produce a 925 to match or surpass this watch. So Tudor have scored a home run. I have had mine for 9 months and no tarnish or oxidation of silver - still in tact.
This is the only BB I want I love how it almost glows

Like you, Chris, I prefer larger watches, especially divers. Regardless, I’d make an exception for this timepiece. The color way is uncommon and readability is superb.
Good review. I am expecting mine tomorrow. How come you didn't mention anything about the bezel action? BB58 bezels are some of the best out there.
I'm really interested in a BB style watch. Not in precious metals though.

Kenissi is owned and founded by Tudor, which is, of course, owned by Rolex. Well, not owned in the traditional sense, as Rolex is run through a trust.
It is for Tudor what Miyota is for Citizen. Or Epson for Seiko. A division in within the same company.
Just like they give names for watch families - Black Bay 58, ProMaster, Prospex.
Chanel owns 20% of the shares, as ETAs are becoming harder to get, they wanted to make sure they can get their movements without delays.
Kenissi is producing movements for names like Breitling, Tag Heuer, Chanel, Bell & Ross, Norqain, Fortis.
Tudor chose to provide movements for other companies to make the Kenissi factory more sustainable financially.
Love the idea of the silver case, and it looks great.
Haven’t had the opportunity to try the silver 58 on, me thinks something that bright would probably wash me out.

Hey Chris love your various contents on your channel, about silver your right, this metal is the most reflective of all, .9999 industrial silver dose not tarnish as well. I would like to see a sport watch that use .9999 industrial silver for the hands and apply hour markers on a ultra darkish black dail. What is your thoughts. Nice Tudor by the way ))

Quite glad I passed on this seeing the patina. I would have been pretty disappointed to see it lose it's finish over time.
You could always just reverse the effect and make it look brand new
@@killerofprimes I bought the Pelagos 39 instead in the end. I would like a BB58 gilt when they get around to updating the clasp to the T-Fit though.
It tarnishes quite easily so idk man
