I love the Moon 🌙 Shade also. Another must have for us. Thank You 🙏. I learned a lot from you. We have the Ecoflow delta pro with two extra batteries 🔋 & Ecoflow 12 volt air conditioner. So our set up will be very similar to yours. No need to have the inefficient permanently roof mounted ac for only a couple of months of use out of the year. In my humble opinion 😉. Max solar input is 900watt so it depends on your panel. There is an adapter to have another solar input so you can go up to 1600 watt of solar charge

Yes. It's a 12 volt fridge using the house battery. You don't need a generator
