I loved this class. It worked and mobilized the hip area really well. Going on toes and heels in bridge really intensifies the burn! Hip rolls r becoming my favourite stretch. The final moves were a great challenge: I like that u said we look like contemporary dancers, cuz it did feel like an elegant, though hard move! Thank u!

No, these classes work for both Men and Women. I have done one class the focuses more on Men's strengths and weaknesses - Men's Pilates Workout 40 Minutes - ruclips.net/video/HQNGkhzVI8g/видео.html There are only a few Women's classes - Pre and Post Pregnancy, Period, Fibroids, and Endometriosis. The rest of the classes are unisex :)
It seems that 5 min or so was cut out - only did the side work on one side, started a stretch, then cut to the end of the stretch on the other side. I went back at the end and did the other side, but no stretch.

No, these classes work for both Men and Women.
