@@littlehummingbird1015 I was only born in 87, in Winter Park FL. Moved to Naples in 1997. The changes since then are astronomical. In the 1960s Interstate 75 extension was built down to Naples and Marco, which brought about the initial bust of travelers and people looking for a new home. I prefer Naples at that time to what it is today. I was last there in 2015, & it had changed a ton just since I had left for college in 2007.
@@Nat524Ricci Then you can relate to how I feel....and I can relate to how YOU feel. I looked up the population figures for 1956 and 2022 for Naples....it is shocking. I can't remember the numbers but they were astounding.
@@Nat524Ricci There were no developments at all on Marco when I lived in Naples. We could drive out on the beach and have a picnic...no one around at all.
This video was fantastic. Great aerial transitions from Google earth to actual footage. Great explanations of the different neighborhoods using an overhead view and also great ground coverage of the streets and neighborhoods Love the video. Very well done
Born and raised in Naples FL but have lived in Utah since 2019. Naples is a great city to live in. Very safe and clean. Lots of outdoor activities. I miss Naples a lot. Especially the winter months.
Great video! 👍👍Hope you will do a life style video for the city. There are so many great places such as Artis, Zoo, The Village, Mercato and the beautiful beaches to show.
America has very beautiful beaches and houses, but the environment is very good, the roads are very clean, the noise pollution is negligible, the area is very quiet. ...your video is very beautiful and conveys a good message i wish my family also lived in such a great country...my dream must come true...thanks❤
I miss Naples. I was blessed to have stayed at Wyndemere Country Club, for about ten days, each April, from 2015-2018; beautiful, serene place. Your videos are well-edited. God bless.
Marina, buenas tardes. Excelente video.
Felicidades. 👌
None like in the midwest but there have been a couple quick windstorms. I have lived here since 1990 and experienced a few hurricanes. 2 that hit straight on but did not cause a lot of damage. Most houses here are hurricane prepped. Hurricane Ian flooded a lot of coastal homes last fall but that is very rare, the time before was in 1960
Nice video but I have to say, people who can AFFORD to live in this area don't look at RUclips videos! They hire people to do their searches for them. Mostly us poor people just watch and dream.
I wouldn’t put that outlook on the video personally, I’m getting ready to move there for work and have paid housing for now so this is the PERFECT video for my situation and making my dreams come true instead of just dreaming.
Naples is full of poor people, don't get it twisted. Unless you are wealthy or moved here with a high paying remote job most people struggle down here. It is very seasonal so most places are dead almost half the year. There are thousands of working homeless in Naples, everyone just ignores those facts and focuses on the seasonal wealthy that are here 2 weeks to 4 months per year. Naples is a fools paradise, trust me I live here and work here, it's not the same as being a tourist here in any capacity. Locals don't go to 5th Ave and many don't even get to go to the beach often.
@@mstyles2667wish I could just live there lol I’m poor as fuck but man would I do anything to be there. I’d be poor and at the beach every other day lol
It's pretty but it hasn't got a soul. Why is the music similar in most of these real estate videos and why are there so many shady people in the real estate business?
Great tour. Appreciate the calm, concise narration.
Thank you Anne, I appreciate the feedback!
My home town. I miss Naples SO MUCH, my heart will always be there. I will return some day ♥️ beautiful video!!
Thank you!
I too lived there...1956-58. Family members there thru about 1995. I have seen MANY changes to Naples. I prefer the former Naples of the 1950's.

Great video! Want to build a home in Naples there is land available for new construction?
There is East of I75, West of I75 people usually buy an older home, knock it down and build.
Nice,
Hello from Russia 👍
Hello there! Thanks for watching!
Do hurricanes strike often?
Yes they do land here once in a while
I don't think this was in-depth since you missed the galleries and museums and that stuff, but very nice video!
How are things after the hurricane?
They are good. Some things still need to be worked on but overall the area has recovered.
Marina would love some extras information about an idea we have which’s to open an restaurant around that area.
My new HOME 🌅🤍
Is it possible to buy house there ?
Yes it is
Viva Brasil
How many twisters do they get on average?

It's the same it has been for the last century. It comes in cycles, some years its worse than others other years you don't even notice it.

Hi u look nice 1.5
Leave music out. Distracting.
What's your favourite city in Florida ?
I like you
I hate it here can’t wait to leave next month
It's pretty but it hasn't got a soul. Why is the music similar in most of these real estate videos and why are there so many shady people in the real estate business?
U mean the beaches are more segregated based on your money 🙄🙄🙄
If u don't have money, don't go. Plenty of other beaches in Florida!
Yes.
Naples is segregated based on money PERIOD. It is a place of haves and have nots, no middle.
It's for residents (including the poor areas of Naples) who don't want annoying tourists cramping the beach.
After living here a year now It's better than living in Miami ill tell you that
too many rich snobs in naples
❤️ Florida
HHHHHATE. TAYLOR SWIFT😢
Naples is boring as hell to live in.

Childish music
