I am so impressed with this video. I’d no idea St Petersburg had so much to offer. I use to visit the area as a child and never once ever went to the city’s downtown. To me, St Petersburg was a sleep ole town that would never grow. I see now that it’s an amazing area with much growth and ongoing industry potential. No one could’ve ever convinced me that the city would grow to become what it has. Your video is extremely informative and beautifully showcases this vibrant city. I will definitely be visiting Florida again: especially St Petersburg.
Thank you!
I moved here to downtown st pete 2 months ago from Jacksonville... trust me this is the spot.. sooooo many people I meet in tampa that are moving here when their lease is up.. this place is amazing, the girls, the food it's crazy
@@RealCoasttoCoastNice video dear. One of the best I've seen actually
My beautiful city. I love you.
Oh god. I love how nice the city is. My favorite thing about St Petersburg are the Marina and tall hotel skyscrapers. I even took a field trip to the Museum of Fine Arts with my history class once and it was a blast. ❤
Beautiful in depth video of all that St. Petersburg has to offer !!! Thank-you for this excellent information !!! I can't believe all the amazing island communities and entertainment downtown and all the perfect beaches - St. Petersburg is definitely a masterpiece !!! I would surely love to visit , or even buy some residence if possible in the future !!!
Always great video with detailed information! Love it!
Thank you!
Your videos make me want to move to FL.
Water and sunshine, 2 things that all people love!
We're full. Go to Hawaii. Similar climate.
Excellent video of St. Petersburg. Honestly, probably one of the best I've watched that showcases what the city, and area has to offer. Stunning videography and arial shots. Well done!
Thank you Brent! That is very kind of you to say!
I visited 1 times one to Saint Peet’s beach it’s super clean and nice. I like it there. ❤😂
Awesome video! Top shelf video production!
Thank you for the kind words and encouragment!! :)
Watching this from cold grey NE… enjoy it folks
I have Aunt and Uncle and cousins that have lived in St. Pete since 1954, in the same house.
Great video! Please make more!!!!
Thank you! Will do!
She's beautiful so is St. Petersburg..😍
Very impressive and professionally produced. Bravo.
Thank you so much!
I am so inspired, I want to move here! Thanks for posting, you made my day
That is so cool to hear! and you're welcome :)
No it sucks here....
This video is really good.. I live in DTSP and this hit all the spots, love the drone work btw
Thank you!
it was really a beautiful video, all the video records with drone or regular camera were good quality and your comments were clear and understandable as a person who doesn't speak english as a native language. liked the video and subscribed to the channel, and now i'm heading to watch explore your videos.
Fort Desoto is where you go on field trips in grade school. Great fort. The military uses it for ten mile marches for training as well.
I just started to watched a few videos of your..love it
Thank you for your videos 💚
You are welcome
You did a great job the best I have seen.
Thank you Mike, That is very kind!
Nothing like the St. Pete I grew up in. I recognize the place names but very little else. I prefer to remember it in the days of my youth. None the less a very nice video !
Thank you
Whats with that smell everywhere? What the hell is it?
I live in St. Pete! Lake Maggiore is just behind Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. It's lots of fun for kids!
I am sad that the Iconic inverted triangle is gone from the Pier. That was really a unique icon and was on the Nightly news every night as part of their intro to Tampa Bay news. It would be like getting rid of the Chrysler building in New York or the John Hancock building in Chicago.
I am flying from Canada to Saint Petersburg tomorrow….. looks awesome!
Enjoy!
Moved here at Xmas and love it
Superb professional footage
Thank you
I’ve never been to Florida but I really enjoyed this video. Great job. 👍👍
Thank you
Incredible video!
Thank you Jordan!
I’m amazed how people in Florida cites are on the beaches. How do they work instead of just going to beach and having fun that would be a challenge😂
The music selection for this video is pretty dank
I remember that hotel ..Donsecar in 1969 to ???? When I was boarded..up we would sneak in and explore 😁😁😁
My brother and I used to go to Upham beach park and walk to the Don Cesar and have a snack from the bar at the beach. We then walked back and drove to Mcdonalds after the long walk then drove home. It was a lot of fun when I was young. You had a roll of quarters with you and you just put in the max time. I had a watch with an alarm on it and a timer.
Amazing how much better a place looks from the air.
Looks like HELL from the ground doesn't it. Get used to that.
So many hurricanes Florida gets and it's still beautiful
I recently heard someone from the other coast describe Florida as "the state that moves on with life" I thought that was very true :)
I was born in St. Pete and graduated from St. Pete High. Have not been there for sever years and I can tell you it has changed Great video 😮
Thank you. Appreciate the feedback
I was part of the city band as the drill team (flags) we were there when it opened. Northside's mighty Mustang Marching Band.
In your next video please also include Spa Beach on one side of the Pier and Northshore Beach with Olympic sized public swimming pool, many tennis courts and beautiful beach. Also more of Snell Island & the houses along cobbled Coffee Pot Boulevard. The late Victorian & early Edwardian 1900s to 1930s homes in the NE sector are amazing too. Prefer these to new builds!
Thank you for the suggestions!
Excellent video I would like to visit ST Peterborough one day
Thank you
St.Pete also have great musicians! Rod Wave is from St.Pete and Cxptic (Signed to Eminem) is from St.Pete.
Very good video
Thank you David!
I plan to move to Florida in 2027. So until then, I want to explore more cities. 😊❤️
Isla Del sol is great I went there with my friend when she lived there while their house was being renovated in the seventies. They had air conditioned mail rooms and a nice restaurant. We would get egg rolls.
Good idea also where is the hastag offer i need ?
Paradise
OMG The Thunderbird is still there I wonder if the Careless Navigator restaurant is there still too.
Best realty channel in FL, and It’s not even close.
That is very kind of you to say! Thank you
Im moving here next year
Good video, intrusive music.
Well done and it’s Cesar Sa Zar
Thank you and yes you are correct I messed it up
The region, Tampa Clearwater, Saint Pete, Sarasota, Bradenton. combined a wonderful place to live. One of the best places in all of the US. Pro's plenty, Cons, well everywhere has a few. Currently the biggest Con against the area is the fact your seeing a video about it. It was only but a few years ago when the region was all but off the nations radar. Meaning people didnt know much about it, and as such everything was better!!!! The towns were sleepy. only during things like Spring Break and the winter vacationers break did we see that annual influx of crowds. But i can say, since the 90's it started with just a trickle from the faucet. but then came the housing market boom and crash. and when the pandemic hit and the nation saw Floridians living it up on white sandy beaches.. well.. so the crowds came, and with the new comers also they brought along their problems their attitudes and all the issues that they found themselves running away from. Realtors looking to get rich, inflating prices, this area that despite all its luxury, really catered to the lower middle class, now was being taken over by the rich. pushing the locals out. Old money vs new. All these people that just a minute ago snubbed their noses at Florida were now doing all they can to move in. Unfortunately they've begun to ruin the place. All the things that made it special is now being drowned out. The last thing South Florida needs to be is another California or NewYork. all these people talking about it being the next tech bubble. Please!!! look how thats worked out over for them. The very reason their leaving those presumed great places. They priced themselves out of their own homes by way of pompous greed. And its these same people that look to exploit places like Sarasota Clearwater and Saint Pete. I say no.. please go right back to California . Why do you need Florida now?, when least we forget.. just a minute ago you were hoping to chop it off from the rest of the nation. Well Florida remembers, and Florida was doing just fine without you.
Best city in Florida
The big, pink hotel you point out is the Don CeSar. It's pronounced like it's spelled, not like the word "Caesar. It's pronounced "Say Zar".
I realized that after I said it :)
@@RealCoasttoCoast Great video, though. I thought you did a fine job with that one small flaw.
@@lisathuban8969 Thank you for your feedback.
I think the Tampa Bay metro area is listed at 3.1 million people
Back in the seventies and eighties if there was no sun that day we would get a free newspaper from the then St. Pete Times.
That's pretty cool
please ask around to know HOW to pronounce the Don Ceasar Hotel ..... as well as Passe Grille & Terra Verde ; work on the accents please (espanol helps)
I wonder where the green benches were?
If you tell me the time of the video you are referring to I may be able to tell you.
Fighting 8.5% inflation (more like 35%) with a 1% Fed funds interest rate is like stopping a forest fire with a bucket of water. Folks prepare accordingly. Make investment in other not to depend on the government for funds
I agree with you and I believe that the secret to financial stability is having the right investment ideas to enable you earn more money, don't know who agrees with me but either way I recommend either real estate or crypto and stocks.
I think trading is easier with proper guidance, especially from a proffessional it really helps reduce the chances of running into losses. All thanks to Mr Fred mark He changed my life, I was able to pay off my mortgage
Take it from one who has it and buy a house in Missouri and dream Wrangler with forex trade profits. I started with Mr Fred mark of financial education and he has been my handler and guider for the past yearsI also trade with Mr Fred mark and i must say he makes money making seem a whole lot easier right now I'm a single parent and pay the bills comfortably since i met Rowan Noah he's absolutely amazing and I'd recommend him for any novice in crypto.
How do I reach him?
@thefranz88io Thank you for this, Will definitely reach out to him. Thanks again😊
I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with beautiful beaches and restaurants and a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife and it’s in between everything.
Is it affordable tho? I'm looking to relocate to Florida as a senior, but not to fully retire. I want to work part time and have some free time to do what I want to do. Love the beach, movies, restaurants, dancing, etc. My partner and I are looking to move down there within a year.
@@karencalifano6132 yea it’s very affordable
@@iceandflames Thank you!! Reason I ask is because I hear Florida is getting very expensive now as well with many moving down there from more expensive States. I read an article the other day that more billionaire business people, hedge fund CEO's, rich tech types, etc. are moving down there from places like NYC, Seattle, Los Angeles, etc. due to lower taxes, better weather & cheaper mansions & properties, thus, causing real estate to go up, as well as post Covid inflation affecting things as well.
@@karencalifano6132 that’s true in the expensive parts of Miami and Broward County but they still got good city prices in both county’s.
@@iceandflames Thanks!!
+1 for the 727 life!!
song at start?
It's Horizon Line by Luna Wave
This place is ok but I prefer Hallandale beach Florida more just a beautiful city and good beaches and restaurants and growing communities.
Yes, St Pete is full! Go to Hallandale beach.. lovely place!
Beautiful videography, especially all the drone shots and well edited. Just a gentle criticism-you should speak in a more conversational tone. If you listen to any professional narration, the word “thee” is never used instead of the word “the” and the “a” sound-such as “a house” or “a beach” is short not long. Also to sound more conversational use contractions-“I’m”instead of “I am” and “we’re” instead of “we are” etc. One other suggestion-if you’re not sure, check the pronunciation. For example, the Don CeSar is pronounced wrong. With these few tweaks, you would have a very professional video. The information was well organized and a great intro to St. Pete! 👍
Thank you for such detailed feedback, I am working on my grammar and trying to make it sound more conversational so I appreciate it.
Thanks for the video, made me very nostalgic for my childhood home. The PIER is no longer a landmark, the new PIER SUCKS!! You mispronounced the Don Caesar, and Pass-a-grill use to be SOOOooo much better and fun, but has now been taken over with residential Primadonna!
Родной Питер.
IT IS A GREAT PLACE,I WAS ASKED ABOUT THE STAR OF DAVID I WAS WEARING AT OAK STONE EATERY.MEGAN THE MANAGER HAS A LOT OF HATE IN HER.
Why this city called as the Russian one? Any related reasons?
Yes one of the founders spent his early teen years in St Petersburg so he named it after it.
I think the name of the city in Russia
You mispronounced the Don Caesar. Should be Say Zar
I did, my mistake. Thank you for pointing it out.
Good video! Glory to Ukraine! 💙💛
St Petersburg is from russia lol but ok 👌
@@ltserge3226 Floridian St Petersburg from ruzzia?? 🤣🤣

Think global, act local!
Grow food NEARBY
Learn how to pronounce Don CeSar.
361 days of sunshine a year? 🤣🤣🤣
She got a Russian head.
This is not about St. Pete , this about what is going on currently in Downtown St. Pete which is pathetic with all the high rises being developed there but Anywoos this little downtown Miami.
Your cute ☺️
It’s pretty but expensive kow Florida is unaffordable.
pier is MEH at best, felt let down by that one
I'm sure you were looking for a carnival destination!

The issues you are talking about are happening every where.
This ain’t the real Saint Pete bro.
I used to live there wow it all looks different now .
What you guys do is you ruin these places by beating on your Tom toms and getting people to move to them in abundance.
Why do you need Florida now?, when least we forget.. just a minute ago you were hoping to chop it off from the rest of the nation. Well Florida remembers, and Florida was doing just fine without you.
What about those ugly places in Saint Petersburg, Florida, please be will....
Damn shame it's been gentrified and normal people can no longer afford to live there...
