I really like the layout in this unit! The only thing that I would change is the sliding door. Being a senior, they are too hard for me to slide open. A nice French door would be awesome. Please consider using them instead of the sliders. They look more "homey" too.
I agree on the for as a disabled person with limited ambulatory ability. It is absolutely perfect otherwise!
Do you have to include the furniture and curtains? I would much rather bring my own mattress and furniture to make it more personalized.
There’s a few things I would change... as having a bad back is is painful to reach down so where the oven is not suitable, like to see that up on the wall as a wall oven. There’s only a shower, I need a bathtub. You could put the shower over the bath so you could have both. Also I think a small dishwasher would be a great addition to the kitchen.

Beautiful. I love everything about it, even that sliding door with the built-in blinds. I won't have a hard time using those blinds as I would with using the pull-the-string type blinds.😉🤭😊🏠💗🏠💗😎

Beautiful, The bathroom needs a window and above the TV in the living room just underneath the 2 windows in the loft I see a large bookshelf from wall to wall 😊

I like this model, I like most of there models if I knew someone who owned land to put it on.
I'd take out that cabinet space in the bathroom and put a small stack w/d there. You've got lining in the hallway. What's the cost without the furniture? Just appliances and no TV mounts.

This home is beautiful....except for the cheap walls. If its a park model and isnt for moving around the country, why not put better wall boards in...drywall?
I really like this layout. Could slide or French door be added on to the back in the bedroom.
I like it, the front door would have to be changed for me as well. The bathroom shower I would need a seat inside the shower, I’m not able to stand that long. All around I would get it. 🙏🏾🥰🥰
I love this model and floor plan! Would love to have a park model home, but I need to figure out a place to put it. Not as many options where I live.
looooveing the channel so far got about 2,3 floor plans I would go with 😉IF I had big 💰💰💵. My question about this one is could a wash dryer be put in/by the "linen" closet spot instead of by the frig.? 2. The tv spot in master bedroom why do most of those sections look like only a 15" flatscreen will fit?
Wonder if you could get a small sectional in there instead of a couch?
I watch your videos frequently & most of these I really like (& I love this kitchen being on the end)! However I want a dishwasher & washer & dryer (always!) in mine. So I haven’t seen any with a dishwasher-I know these are small but do they allow for it ? Thank you!

This tiny home is awesome!! Its just sad that the prices are getting so high. The whole point was to buy a AFFORDABLE tiny home and it looks like that dream is slipping away and its really sad.

W/D in the master is NOT an option, and putting it beside the fridge is not a look I would want. Need a better plan for the W/D. Kind of a bummer because I like this model but would need a W/D.

I'd want an electric oven/stove not gas, w/d I bedroom.
Looks nice, but there are problems. Needs more maneuvering room for the disabled. Whether using canes or a walker, or a wheelchair, the walkways and doorways are too narrow for the disabled to get around, and the entire bathroom is too cramped, and needs a bigger shower, one that's big enough for a tub or shower chair. Needs a dishwasher in the kitchen, but a smaller one would do. The space between the kitchen counters, and also at the end of the peninsula are too narrow. The stairs
are too steep and too narrow. It's a shame that there are so many problems with this model, as the basic plan is nice, just not suitable for the disabled.
Please don't say EYE-talian, it is like scratching a chalkboard. You don't pronounce the country EYE-taly do you?
OK! SO I TRULY LIKE THIS. IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN I WOULD PREFER A SOLID WOOD DOOR, MINIMIZE WINDOWS, PUT ELECTRIC BOX IN THE BEDROOM, THE BATHROOM SHOULD HAVE A TUB. SHOWERS ARE GOOD BUT SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO SOAK. AND ALSO HAVE THE WASHER AND DRYER IN THE BATHROOM. THE BEDROOM I LOVE IT. THE SECOND FLOOR LOFT COULD BE MADE INTO TWO BEDROOMS. BUT I LOVE THE PRIVACY OF BOTH SPACES. TRULY A VERY WELL DESIGNED AND THOUGHT OUT. I APPLAUD THE BUILDING ENGINEER ON THIS ONE! 5 STARS.
