    how many sets/reps should you do pause reps with and at what percentage of your 1rep max?

    love this channel, been watching all your videos. important to note with extended range of motion, if your flexibility is terrible like mine, work it in slowly at a low percentage at first until you get used to it.

    Hey man! In which percentage interval should I work in spoto/Thomson press + rep range, in order to increase my bench? Thanks!

      Good question bud. Really depends on your rep range. If you're doing higher reps then more like 60-75%, if lower reps then 75-90%. Depends though

      Can really vary but I'd say 1-5 anything with a competition style set up. For feet up variations I go 6-12
