Just get the lastest version of Serum. And if your answer is "I got a cracked version of Serum" like the other people that had the same problem who contacted me then I can't really help sorry😅

Yeah unfortunalety this requires Serum to work. Vital doesn't have the required functions in its noise oscillator and I couldn't find any fl stock plugin that works with Patcher and that could do what I want ☹
