I just turned 53, caught all the energy of early '90's SF Bay Area thrash, was in the pit last night for Dying Fetus. The energy of the younger ones in the crowd was PHENOMENAL. Some audiences are low energy, but increasingly lately, I've seen firsthand the 'bubbling' you guys mentioned. I've seen it at Gatecreeper and Obituary, White Chapel and Cannibal Corpse. It was a highlight of my year so far, to witness the guys in Dying Fetus be so stoked at how amped the crowd was that all they could do was smile approvingly in between the carnage of each song.
Jeris Johnson is awesome I first heard about him when he collabed with Papa Roach, and although I'm not the biggest fan of his style of rap/butt rock songs. His music is objectively pretty damn good and he fits in perfectly with this generation of music, for example I showed my little brother who was born in 2010 Jeris Johnson and he thought he was awesome. Jeris is definitely what I would call the definition of a Rock star in the 2020s I hope he blows up even more 🙌
Well I’m over 40 and I’m always looking for something new. Started listening to this dude right before I watched this. I’m into it. If I ever get around to actually releasing something I hope it’s not lame or I’m judged for be an “old dude”. Lotta good insights here.
Only just getting into Jeris's work. It's really interesting to see how he's grown & matured comparing this interview with the most recent one with Finn. But it's obvious he's always been very intelligent & creative.
Finn I'm loving these interviews from your podcast being on RUclips ! Yo tbh I'm poor but I promise asa I get my money ryt I'm joining your patreon so you'll have more $ to put ALL your podcast on here. One Love Bruv ❤✌💜💯💯💯🖤♠
Hearing a young man talking about his dream coming true is one of the greatest things to listen to. I love it
Like yeah like totally like so like smart
Already listened to it on Spotify and now I'm watching it also.

Please keep doing these video interviews! Been stoked for this one!
Thank you! So far the performance has been really bad so I will probably upload one more, then quit unless the results are better

Already listened to it on Spotify. However, I'll comment, like, and skip to the end for the algorithm's sake. Helluva hustle, Finn!

This guy looks like your typical rocker bro in high school his music is unique
My boomer energy has me automatically hating TikTok, but I really do love how it gives creatives a real shot at success
Finn gave into the butt rock drip with that sweet flavor savor, that soul patch bruv. Don't think we wouldn't notice 😈
Stupid question, but, how do you record the audio and visual for your interviews?
I just use Zoom’s built in record feature

By the way he speaks, the things he says and even body language I perceive this dude as really fake, sorry I just don't buy it.
Check out his new metal songs.. he's doing exactly what he said in this
