Don’t forget to peel the transparent protective stickers off the brass heat sinks inside the silicone case, to ensure efficient heat transfer.

The trend to shove cages around everything is ridiculous.
When you spend thousands on a piece of kit you damn well look after it.
I bought a cage for my ZV1 simply for recentered mounting point.
But not interested for my FX3's

I have broken the hot shoe of my Sony camera mounting a mic on it it is a weak spot. If cages are not for you that is fine we all like different things
