@@Dragonage2ftw There is no bad ending in failguard. A bad ending would be Solas succeeding, tearing down the veil, and showing us what happens after, like ME3 when we refuse to choose a color of the rainbow, and just shoot the plot device called star child. The Forbidden Ones are a group of 4 demons; The Formless One, Imshael and two that I forgot the name of.. Then there is a third group called the Executioners, who are also referred to as 'those across the sea' but no one can reach them as the oceans are too dangerous to cross to the east. If they wanna save this game, we NEED DLC's for this game. We need DLC Expansions to show what happens with The Hero of Ferelden, Hawke and The Inquisitor. DLC Hero of Ferelden/The Calling: Since the game involved the Blight and the Inquisitor mentions what happens to Denerim, Redcliffe, Orlais etc. What we need is a 2 Part Expansion DLC story for the Hero of Ferelden. Part 1 can be about what the Hero of Ferelden did during DA 2 and Inquisition. Part 2 can obviously be about what The Hero of Ferelden did during Veilguard. With the story obviously being about how to stop the Calling to free all Wardens and should also the relationship with the Wardens of Ferelden and the Talking Darkspawn under The Architectures way. AND must feature Alistair, Leliana, Oghren and any of the old crew. And maybe if possible, let The Warden have children DLC Hawke/Legacy of the Hawke: We finally see that Hawke has been alive and trapped in the Fade for 10 years. While Varric was hunting down Solas, Varric was also working with Isabella and Merril to find and rescue Hawke. Part 1 can be about what Hawke went through in The Fade and Part 2 can be about how after escaping The Fade, Corypheus returns one more time to hunt and kill Hawke. Also feature Aveline, Bethany/Carver etc DLC The Shadow of the Inquisitor: Can be about what The Inquisitor had to during the Veilguard. Should feature Sandal, Cassandra, Dorian, Iron Bull etc

So let me get this straight in the ending where Mythal and Solas they talk : After the ,,I release you from service" ; the Inquisitor saying that solas is free to find a better way. Isnt one of the main themes of Dragon Age games how the elves of Thedas got it so bad in this world... ANd the one motherfuker -SOLAS- who is trying to save the elven people of Thedas from that situation is being shown, IN THE VEILGUARD GAME, like a monster, a pathetic weak individual/beta male ETC who is the ultimate evil !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I'm biased but i liked the one where the rotten egg is punched in the face and murderstabbed by his own dagger the most. So thanks for these videos, but with veilguard DA is at the simpsons stop stop it is already dead meme level. No more. Let it rest in peace instead of dragging its bare-assed rotten corpse thru the streets any further. Especially if it is brainrot writing like "a mysterious entity controlled everything that happened in DA ever" fucking nonsense. No. Nope. I refuse.
Well this was definitely utter dog crap. I haven't played the entire game and I doubt I ever will but from what I gather from the ending if the veil is now tied to solas's life force that means all you really have to do to bring the veil down is locate and kill solas. Or if you're the next game's bad guy locate and imprison/corrupt him to use him as a weapon yada yada yada I don't really care anymore. Or maybe the re-examine the time travel angle they brought up in Inquisition and make this a multiversal thing which seems about as creatively brilliant as these people are capable of. Of course we can always hope that the polar Ghostbusters 2016 and just pretend the entire thing never existed and makes the next game the real sequel and pretend this never existed. Who knows. All hail to three cupcakes that are really just one cupcake with slightly different color icing.
@@Dragonage2ftw except in none of the endings shown is solas actually killed. Stabbed and sent to the fade, sure but never actually killed. I love the fake dagger most (at least for now). I am halfway through the game. Glad to see Solas gets his comeuppance, nasty piece of work. Rest in peace Varic.
So what are even the requirementso to get the bad ending? I had the fake Dagger one, only because my "The Dread Wolfs Regrets" quest bugged out and never spawned 1 on the Wolf' Statues (and i reloaded, repaired the game and played to that part again a few times, to never get it. It was the one near a chest near the Trader Area in the Crossroads) and so i could not get Mythals Essence to get the Good Ending. But i like the fake Dagger one as well.
So in Dragon age 5 , Dumat and others Magister except corrypheus and the Architect will return ? Maybe the return of Andraste to broke the corruption forever
Just finished the game and man... I dont really know what to think, part of me wants to like it and there are parts to be enjoyed, but at the same time there is so much wrong done in this game and retroactively, the fact that Warden and Hawke are completely gone (which was so keenly felt, so many times), so much of the lore redone, characters opinions and views changed. They threw every little bit at this game in terms of lore big hitters but most of it falls flat due to how lame the characters and world react to even the biggest of lore revelations and events, its all just another day at the office. I could go on forever about what struck me as wrong during my playthrough. And honestly, whoever thought it was necessary to have Rook as the new MC should be fired, the entire narrative, especially the revelations and interactions with Solas would have worked SO much better if this was simply a continuation of Inquisition with the Inquisitor in charge, there is no reason not to do that beyond fear of people "not understanding" if they havnt played the previous game. Beyond anything I read on the internet about it, for me this is just a massive disservice to what Dragon Age is, or was anyway, it has good qualities but most of the ones I would care about in DA as a franchise, or generally are the ones that suffer the most, it is hugely dissapointing game as a fourth game in the franchise and likely final in its continued narrative, it has all the right ingredients, but it put its focus in the wrong places and didnt respect what made it great and unique.
I actually like that ending more than I liked the fake dagger ending. Solas, for all his ego and stupidity, gets outdone by a man trying to save his world... just like he was. Rook was his current world mirror, saving his world from the tyrant known as Solas. Unlike him though, Rook was willing to destroy himself to do it.

Ah, yes, the good ol' people show their true selves when they're angry bit. I'm sure you've never said anything you didn't mean while you were angry before.
As Solas once said "Fade reflects and is limited by our imaginations. To find interesting areas, one must be interesting." Same concept applies to creation. In order to make something interesting, one must be interesting themselves. This.... this game in it's entirety proves that those people who worked on it never had intellectual capacity to understand the world of Thedas and Solas in particular.

@@Dragonage2ftw There is no bad ending in failguard. A bad ending would be Solas succeeding, tearing down the veil, and showing us what happens after, like ME3 when we refuse to choose a color of the rainbow, and just shoot the plot device called star child.
Regardless what your ingame choices were, solas gets tied to the veil, so the BBEG loses & the world is saved. This is not a roleplaying game with meaningful decissions. It's a visual novel with mediocre gameplay as filler.

Am I the only one who thinks the people of the secret scene are the forbidden ones, you know, the very powerful demons?
nope, the forbidden ones will be talked about in bellaras personal quest. it is the executioners
@@Inariele Those are the Forgotten Ones, like Anaris, who were once part of the Evanuris but got demoted or never made it to the full 'god' title. The Forbidden Ones are a group of 4 demons; The Formless One, Imshael and two that I forgot the name of.. Then there is a third group called the Executioners, who are also referred to as 'those across the sea' but no one can reach them as the oceans are too dangerous to cross to the east. The Executioners have been watching and sometimes secretly intervened, according to Inquisition lore. So the most likely group is actually this last one, not the former-Evanuris or the demons.

I love the Inquisition so much, but this abomination is destroying and defying every choice I made
If they wanna save this game, we NEED DLC's for this game.
And maybe if possible, let The Warden have children
DLC Hawke/Legacy of the Hawke: We finally see that Hawke has been alive and trapped in the Fade for 10 years. Also feature Aveline, Bethany/Carver etc
DLC The Shadow of the Inquisitor: Can be about what The Inquisitor had to during the Veilguard. Should feature Sandal, Cassandra, Dorian, Iron Bull etc
There won't be any DLC. They've already confirmed it.

Who knows. Wait. I dint know that danuser was working on biowere.
