I met Frank Vitus at Tihar Jail while accompanying my senior on his case for bail. We used to visit Frank regularly. After the judgment was passed, Frank was granted bail. We went to Tihar Jail to inform him of the good news, and he was elated. Frank is a good man, and this judgment also facilitated the bail of many other Nigerians whose cases were similarly stalled, leading to their release from jail.
