- It's been a while since we've made passes at the track. Finally got the 67 L88 to the track and it performed well for its first time out! 9.34 147 mph, Just .03 tenths away from the FAST Record. My mom also makes her first 9 second pass in her 69 corvette with a fresh engine! Great day at the track!

Nice running BIG BLOCK CHEVY,S MAN!....LOVE IT!
Thanks!
I'm so in love with that lil' red 67 'vette best year ever
I like the NCRS sticker!
Lol! Glad someone noticed! I found that while going through some of the stuff we got when we bought the 6 corvettes a few weeks ago. I knew exactly where it had to go when I saw it!
Welll done and love watching you guys!
Thank you!
i have worked on alot of corvettes over my career, the 67 has always been my favorite. very envious of your collection, so good to see you using them as intended!! new car is a jewel, great job.give em hell...
Love the sea 2 correct. How do you guys get that car too stick? What type of rear suspension setup Do you use in your car?
That’s what I’ve been looking forward to brother! Congratulations on the performance first time out. I enjoy what you guys are doing more than any kind of drag racing I’ve seen in years, probably since the NMCA Super Street days in Memphis in the 90’s. Your channel is my absolute favorite. Thanks for posting for us!
Awesome! Thank you!
Hy from Puerto Rico. Congratulations. The 67 and mom,s vett is flying. Good lock in a weekend. Chevy, s for ever 😊
I'm not a big fan of red but with the white interior and white on the hood I'm really digging the color combo! Beautiful vette!!💪
Very cool keeping the stock look WELL DONE SIR👍
Thank you!
9.34 is insanely fast! If guys back in the day who raced mid 60s Corvettes thinking they were smoking fast running mid 12s on slicks could fast forward and see what you're doing with these cars now a days, and on Fire stone wide ovals, they would probably completely lose it and still be in a mental institution. Technology is pretty amazing! Great video, thanks again for sharing!
Mom is a tuff cookie, no parachute needed.
Love the 68-72 Stingrays the best of all time!
Nice job Jordan, very cool to watch this class, it's like watching the 10.5 cars in the mid 90s, but cooler.
You are exactly right. I used to go to Memphis back in the 90’s to see Chuck Samuel, Nick Scavo and the like. Was really cool to see real street cars go so fast. What Jordan and his family are doing is nothing short of phenomenal, and more interesting than anything I’ve seen since those days way back. Love the Corvettes, and they know how to make em fly. Neat seeing stock looking stuff go that fast.
Beautiful Vette! I have my dads 75 L82 I'm slowly getting back together.
Great video Guys 2 Bad ASS! Big Block Chevys right there. Keep the Videos Coming
the 67 looks so good that color is prefect for that body style
Congratulations To mom for her passes!!👍🏼🏁, ok congratulations to junior great Job!! 🏁. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼👋🏼.
Awesome job both cars ! Yeah Julie in the 9's! Thanks for the rides !
She wanted to run 9s, goes 9s and says, it doesn’t feel any different than normal! Hahah!
@@HorsepowerDepot You got it driving like a Cadillac... Haha!
@@HorsepowerDepot Also Good Luck this weekend.
Awesome day.
Hey gear and converter do you have in the L88.. The grey corvette.. I have one that I want to run but has stock gears at the moment
4.30 and a Yank 4000 converter.
i am thinking about you guy`s building a corvette for me ! = RH Drive - Australia .
astro ventilation
Your mom is a badass 🤘
Nice
Awesome buddy !!! Badass Cars both of them ...
Thanks!
67 is sick!
Looks and runs good!
Great job!
That car is beautiful and she runs like hell. Looks like you're off to a great start. Winners circle coming soon👍. I had no idea they transferred weight like that. That's crazy with stock stuff.
Very nice, what is the weight of these cars? yep, Camaro vs Vette , the weight distribution is much better for the vette
Love these F.A.S.T cars. Favorite flavor of any automotive competition
Thanks for the video! Your team must be super busy, fantastic results! I grew up in the musclecar era, and my dad used to tell me that the corvette drivers were crazy, nothing but fiberglass surrounding the driver! However, the roadrunners were always sideways when burning out, and the doctors all drove GTOs!
Man you guys have some badass cars!
Thanks for sharing
What kind of tires are these? are they slicks made to look like old Wide Ovals?
They are Firestone wide ovals bought from Coker tire. We did a video on how we prepare the tires. Few videos back.
These cars are absolutely bonkers. Congrats. I love the stock look and the insane performance. I'm imagining you making some serious money and hurting some serious feeling if you ever took these things out street racing.
Love this channel! Keep up the good work. I raced in the support series many moons ago. I believe you were racing the 1970 Camaro back then. Can't wait to see the 67 fully sorted out. Strap the stuffed Elephant in the passenger seat. Good luck.
Glad to see you back to serious testing/racing as opposed to the tedious loading/unloading crap of the last couple of episodes. It's like Finnegan with his "unboxing" bullshit. This is still my favorite channel. Give Mom her timing back.
Those kind of videos blow our drag race videos out of the water.
Do you guys get to camp over night at the track ?
Yes we do.
Damn those cars are flying
lol 😂 car looked like Cheech and Chong 💨💨
Talk about some COOL cars!!! Unreal performance!!! The 67 is a Beautiful car. Maroon with white interior and stripe. The new 2 stage paints look way different(better) than the original lacquer. I notice your moms went to 8,000 rpm. Unreal!!! Lifted the front tires too!! This F.A.S.T. stuff is pretty neat!!
The maroon is great with white interior. But lesson learned. Never put white interior in a race car!
Just awesome!
Is that 1/4 times or 1/8 times is the question 🤔
Any good crashes?
At the 7:50 did he skip 2nd gear?
Love the car, but wouldn't it have to be running a glide to be FAST legal?
Smokin' performance man! What type size muffler in the side pipes?
It’s got 4 mufflers total. 2 stainless bros, and 2 dynomax bullet style mufflers. Both 2 1/2 inch
Have been lucky enough to ride a few times in a 1967 L88. Slightly modified original engine, 5 speed swap, and quite well tuned suspension. Most comparable vehicle would be a C6 ZO6 in my mind.
New record coming soon I bet. Terry better watch out.
Looking good Jordan. Wow, a 9.34 with a relatively slow 1.51 60’. Sounded like the engine wasn’t real happy at the launch, presume because you have so much timing pulled out? Once you get the 60’ down into the mid to low 1.40’s this thing should be into the low 9.20’s or upper teens! Also sounds like you are hitting the rev limiter just before the finish stripe? This thing is a beast!
The engine is not revving clean. Couple of reasons. I can’t fix one of them this weekend, I dealt with the same issue in the ZL1. The other is it’s really fat. Needs less jetting. I’ll attack that tomorrow when the event starts.
Looks likes you fit better in your moms car but the 66 is much cooler.
Congrat to finally getting to do a good pass in the 66
67?
You shouldn't have your shocks full loose on your car, you should tighten them until they don't top out so abruptly. If you tighten them until it just barely has any feel when you top the shock out that will make that car take a lot more power in the 60
Do you run the FAST Seriies? Mopar, GM, Ford? I always like to watch new competitors in this organization.
9.35 is that a FAST record?
9.31 is.
@@HorsepowerDepot you should have that again and lower. I really enjoy the videos.
Sorry to be negative......all Covette's ever....should have never come with an auto......if you can't drive a stick....you have no business in a Vette......
You bring any stick car Corvette to run with these guys and you’ll get it handed to ya
I can drive a stick with the best of them. You can go watch my video of a 66 327 vs a 67 427. I’d rather not spend time breaking transmissions and going through clutches. Manual cars impress high schoolers, automatics win races.
@@HorsepowerDepot Great response Jordan. I rarely say anything to folks like that, but this time I just couldn’t help it. Have a good weekend!
Hii Highschooler.
Automatic is the Way to go. I have three sticks and one automatic. Take automatic any day. You're part of a new automatic hating on corvettes, especially C3s.
Why don't you crank the 2 vent windows open a little bit??...it'll suck that smoke right out, plus it looks cool.
Transmission ?
