This is fun surprise content on the TGE TV :) Ebikes are excellent fitness machines, people have misconceptions about them. It really depends on you and your riding style. If you are a biker that likes to push it you will do the same on the ebike and use lower level of assistance for most scenarios. But you will be faster, have more fun and go over terrain that is just not possible on regular bike. Also on the flats you are on your own power above 25km/h on a heavy bike, which also adds to calories consumption. Anyway I'm from Croatia so it is nice to see that you like and have Greyp bike, they would be my choice too if they weren't outside of my current budged, cause I like all that integrated technology which no other bike manufacturer has. But I also have nice ebike and they are just dream biking machines.
Looks good and with decent spec too. Hope you have a good D-lock and cable to defeat would be thieves. Helmet and gloves too...
I think the battery should just cut out when you reach 25kmph. So you can go faster than that but it would just be fully pedal powered and not battery powered. Great video btw! Would like more bike content pls

I got my ebike mid April and have done over 1000 miles on it so far. With a dodgy back/ knees, it’s the best thing I’ve bought recently.

Just a incredible bike, I remember when you went to Croatia. It looks so much like a normal bike you wouldn’t know it’s electric. Loved this one!
When i was in my early 20s I got into road racing with a girlfriend we had custom bikes made by Roberts considered the best frame builders in the uk. We went touring France with bikes and a tent. When mountain bikes came out I spent 1000s on custom parts but I've been looking at these electric bikes as I'm getting older and my legs are not as good as they were but in the states they go 60 plus. Nice vid 👌

Yeaaahhh buddy! The exact same shizzle has happened with me, lockdown was getting me fatter with no gyms. The lady boss suggested after a few weekend walks that we should get bikes. Queue immense nostalgic thoughts and now I have a cannondale in the kitchen for moi, and a trek for her!
Will I go hit the trails and jumps like when I was a lad.... mmmmmyeah sort of, maybe. Just nice to get back on a bike.

It’s a heavy old boy but I don’t make a habit of lugging it up stairs!
TGE TV would make a good LDN Muscle workout routine while the gyms are closed during lockdown. You should take it to Canary Wharf with your brother and see who can get it up the most flights of stairs before needing a paramedic. 💪

I just really got into e-bikes too! After saving so much CASH from not commuting to work over quarantine, I decided to no longer drive to work but Ride!! save that CASHHHH!!
7000£ it is quite a lot. I bought my full suspension ebike 1 year old for £2400 with cane creek, magura boltron, shimano saint brakes, 500wh battery, bosch cx, dt swiss 1950fr and new chain and sprockets. Soo greyp is quite expensive hehe

Surrey hills is also enjoyable but not on the same level. I've been thinking alot about Ebikes lately. I was Looking at the 2020 Voodoo Zobop , for the price its entry level but has what I need 👊
Nice bike Tom, I got a new bike too. hybrid one. if anything has come from this pandemic, getting out on the bike after 15 years and enjoying the fresh air. that bike sounds and looks Sick, wish it wasn't that expensive but nice tech.
