Sir one thing which is root of my failure that is overthinking ,I make good success plan but I hardly follow it and my mind often get distracted due to some family or social issue and start thinking about that issue. Bhai, do excercise regularly, And meet with new people. I had same issue. Think positive, I know it is the hardest part but atleast try.( U can start with thanking god for what u already have and others don't.) Trust me. This will give tremendous result.
