Summary:
Add super foods mostly seeds
Flaxseed,pamkinseed, Tulsi seeds etc
Dry fruits : walnut,almonds etc
Add more fiber richvegetables
Antioxidant: Green tea, lemon tea
Add more protein in your diet eaggs,chana,soyachap ,paneer, nonveg etc..
Drink more water ,milk,haldi milk , butter milk,curd etc
Low carbohydrate diet and importantly workout yoga, meditation, Gym, running, walking etc..
Avid junk food/fast food Maggi , 🍕,cold drinks fatty foods .

Maybe someone dont loose energy in waste things then that person dont need more diet as normal person . But a person must need more and healthy diet to study , otherwise they will be frustrating
