    Summary:
    Add super foods mostly seeds
    Flaxseed,pamkinseed, Tulsi seeds etc
    Dry fruits : walnut,almonds etc
    Add more fiber richvegetables
    Antioxidant: Green tea, lemon tea
    Add more protein in your diet eaggs,chana,soyachap ,paneer, nonveg etc..
    Drink more water ,milk,haldi milk , butter milk,curd etc
    Low carbohydrate diet and importantly workout yoga, meditation, Gym, running, walking etc..
    Avid junk food/fast food Maggi , 🍕,cold drinks fatty foods .

    1. Easily Available
    2. Less time consuming
    3. MOST important is Affordable
    Most of Student takes food from Mess (small restaurant) . So prepare diet according

    सुबह को पानी के बाद चाय या शाम की बची सब्ज़ी के साथ रोटी
    दोपहर को दाल चावल तो कभी खिचड़ी कभी कभी सब्ज़ी रोटी
    शाम को रोटी सब्जी
    I think 65% of students like me have this type of diet and yes we have to compete the same students who takes the diet mentioned by dietitian mam 😃
