**DISCLAIMER ** I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, TO ENTER AN ABANDONED MINE OR CAVE OF ANY SORT ** DO NOT ENTER THESE **
I came across a place I found on Google Maps that was home to an awesome looking slot canyon. Upon further inspection I was able to find evidence of old mine from back in they day so it further peaked my interest.
Fast forward 4 weeks to now, when I'm on the road and traveling through the area, and I was finally able to get into the wash and explore it for myself. This must have been a very large operation due to the evidence of A LOT of left over mining road, tires, and foundations.
I believe this was a Borax ore mine but I was unable to find much information about the area and specifically the mines. I saw an old sign while hiking around that mentioned Borax ore.....
I felt safe entering these mines due to the high foot traffic that was clearly available for me to see as well as the mine being open without any blockage or signs keeping the public from entering.

THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! Feel free to Subscribe :)
Woah!! Those mines gave me goose bumps!!
Well I half way expected to see a shadow person each time you changed the flashlight..
Those doll were a bit creepy too!!! Whoever put them there has a wicked sense of humor.
Loved the slot canyon.. I kept imagining that there would be something fantastical around each turn. That’s what always draws me,, That’s why we came out of the caves, why we climbed the hill, climbed the mountains, crossed the ocean and went to space.. All to satisfy the curious human nature.
Man keep it up!!!
As always,
Watching from Oklahoma,
Thank God you got out of the mine.
Jeffrey.😅
Yeah I was NOT a fan of the creepy dolls left in there. Got me a little scared 😳
I’ve got the urge to explore, just like you said!
Imagine working in that mine day after dusty dirty day . Youre brave but be careful underground! Dont want to see my vicarious explorer get hurt !
I’ll be careful 🫡 thanks for watching!
You are one brave soul. I was afraid for you not knowing what you were walking into. Thank goodness for made it out safely.
It was certainly frightening but that’s what makes it fun!
Not a chance you catch me in there. Had to give myself a breathing treatment just watching you in there😂
Haha I dont blame you! I like doing these things but sometimes I’ve gotta make myself calm down
20-ish mins into the video made me so anxious i had to pop an urbanol and then realized, wait, you’re fine, otherwise you wouldn’t have uploaded the video. 😅 That was intense! but also very awesome! thanks for sharing!
I’m glad my video could make you feel something ☺️ even if it is anxiety!
Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed!
You added it nice.. I told you I was guna buy you some gas.. thanks for the content
THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT!!!! It means so much that you enjoy my content so much that you’re willing to be so generous with me.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much. You are amazing 🫶
Haha, I was on my way to anniversary mines when I flipped my brand new pick up truck upside down with me in it. Totalled it. True story. I never went back. I'm glad you made it out safely.
That is a sad story dude, your poor truck and poor you!
I couldn’t imagine if that happened to my Van much less a brand new truck worth 8x more than Fred.
If you ever get the chance, it’s worth going out and visiting them as you can see in the video. The video doesn’t do it justice to be honest though. It’s incredible
@bgrace27 Absolutely i will go back someday. My insurance company was super cool about it and reimbursed me the cost of the truck and the down payment. And I wasn't hurt.
I don't know if you've ever heard the theory that there used to be Giant silica trees like Devils Tower was really a tree. Those last rocks with the gray gravel on the ground really look like old growth wood to me. But really amazing video from the editing to the camera shots in the mine it was really entertaining😊
It does look like that, I agree dude!
Thanks for the compliments 😁
That was so cool that you explored that mine you are pretty brave that was super cool what you did
Thank you! It was a lot of fun
I doubt that I would have gone so far in. Too much of the same scenery for me. I did enjoy your adventure and I've watched quite a few of you others. I like how your doing this. Keep up the great work
👍
Hey Dude what an interesting mine exploration with awesome video of the geology of the area showing the power of water in cutting canyons. The rock formations are most interesting and so is the interior of the mine with excellent video coverage. Your right the mines is large but it would be nice to have a map of the levels of the mine. Thanks again Bronson for an excellent exploration of your adventures.🌠
A map would’ve been such a big help! And yes the area is huge and fun to explore
Very cool man but be careful dude🤘🏼
Thank you 🙏
Hard to believe that was a heaps of dudes everyday work place eh
A mountain riddled with shafts, and places to explore
"Jack and the bean stalk" or, "a rat up a drain pipe", sprung to mind when you scarpered up them virtacle ladders lol
Sick video
I’m new here and really enjoying the content
Keep up the good work 😊
Glad you enjoy it!
Oh Yeahhhh!!!! Love Mines ,,spooky too!!!! Excellent Flick Mr.B !!!! 😎
I’m glad you enjoyed bud! Thank you for watching and commenting my friend
❤I always enjoy !
Wow, you went into that mine way underground. I'd say you're brave and smart to know when to leave. Maybe you should have a Satellite phone or device to bring help if you ever need it. Maybe take some water and a meal bar with you, better safe than sorry. You're living your dreams, that's awesome! You're a nice young man, Happy Trails.
Is what I really need as well as all the things you mentioned is a good 02 censor so I don’t run into bad gas or air in those 😳
You’re right though, I need some more safety precautions
@bgrace27 Thanks for your reply. Hope I didn't come across bossy, when you get older , and have kids and grandkids you start acting more cautious because things happen. An O2 Censor is a great idea. Do you have a Patreon group yet? Have fun and live in the moment! 👍😊
Freaked out just watching you go that far back into the mine! But it was super cool seeing it🥰
I was freaked out too but it was still fun
Howdy From California:
With all the respect you deserve, may I say,
You, Mr. B Grace have got some mighty B___S
of Steel. Climbing wooden ladders, not knowing
how long they've been there.
I get goose bumps seeing anyone do what you
did in this video. To be perfectly honest, "NOT ME"!!
But of course, you were Born to Explore!!
You found your calling when you decided to take
up Exploring..
Quite sure you're a Safety-Minded young man
and not likely to try anything risky.
Continue to Take Great Care of Yourself & Fred!
Always stay Alert & Safe & Enthused!!
👍👍🤍🙏
Well I take that as a huge compliment my friend….thank you!
I think it’s in my blood that I explore and do the stuff others won’t do 😁
You lucky you found your way out 😅no way I would have gone in there!!!!Great video scary but great 😅
It was very scary, I’ll be honest. Especially when I was deep inside the cave and alone. I got the shivers and headed out but none the less, I had a great time and I’m glad you enjoyed!
Scary but great I enjoyed it 😅
Great video, have been watching for a bit now keep it up man you make awesome content 🙏🏽
Thank you so much, lots more content is in the works!
That was pretty awesome, where is that located?
It’s in Nevada close to lake mead. Near “Anniversary Slot Canyon”
Thanks, Keep up the great videos!
Llegue tarde pero llegue. Saludos.
😁
B, I think that was stupid.... But then again, I'm stupid.. So all good!
😂 I know it was but nothing crazy happens if you don’t do crazy things!
From South Africa clock-in numer 04 hi 👋 😊 It's SATURDAY MORNING !!! 😅 At KFC having disgusting chips and half decent brekkie wrap with coffee for brekkie, then it's hardware, porn shop, then back home to put up shelving in my workshop....
OK would you ever overnight in that mine ?..... now that would be a great video....😮😮 If not why ? ... What an adventure that would be !!!
I certainly was considering staying in some other mines overnight but decided against it. Honestly it freaks me out - mostly my imagination but at the same time I could see myself doing it in the future 😏
Also, I didn’t know they had KFC in South Africa, so cool!
Just like minecraft 😅
Exactly that’s what I’m going for….
@@bgrace27 😂😂🫡
Is that a radiation mine
No I believe it’s a Borax mine. There’s no such thing as a “radiation” mine but something like Uranium wouldn’t be far off
