Well done! Another way to test the valves is to lift the vehicle and check if left/ right (according to tested valve) wheel is spinning freely. If yes- valve is bad. Thats the official procedure :)

Well done walkthrough! Got the same error message coming up on my '11 S5 but haven't checked the fault code yet, only got a simple & cheap diagnostic tool though.
About how much work & cost is involved in replacing that clutch valve?
