Same! But I was actually lifting my friend up and she waxed to much for me to carry and I felt a sharp pain in the bottom of my rib cage in the middle. I have been sitting and it hurts to move.
Thursday: *pulls muscle (grade 1) then i continued with gymnastics
Friday: goes to my two hour gymnastics session it went up to grade 2
Saturday: goes to my other 2 hour gym session it went up to grade 3
Sunday: realises what ive done, oh shoot, (does stuff without my right foot) alright cool im fine
So it's Monday night and I pulled left quad badly on Saturday night. I have track races on Wed. and as the fastest in my grade and my extreme ego and competitiveness to beat everyone, I've broke down multiple times in tears knowing I won't be able to go.
@@JM-oi9pk I fucked myself also. Can't go to an event because of this. At least it was a small strain, though I stopped hanging out with my friend as he kept pushing me. I'm injuries again but will heal in 3 weeks.

At this moment I'm in dance and I pulled my muscle a couple weeks ago and it hasn't gotten much better. My coach has told me to go see a doctor but my mom refuses. Saying "I'm not gonna go to the doctor just to have them tell you to take it easy". I new there was something I could do. I just didn't know what. Thank you for the info!

I was doing the long jump in PE and the next day my leg was in really bad pain and whenever I cough my stomach would hurt

I am kinda confused about what I have but I woke up and my bicep hurt SO MUCH when I tried to extend it. I haven't been able to even let my arm hang loose ALL day because of the pain. It starts hurting from my bicep to my elbow with the slight extending movement

I was rock climbing when I did mine (it wasn’t a giant cliff type rock so we didn’t have any gear on) I pulled my self up with my arms and I never use my arms normally and we had to leave because I was in so much pain. It’s on my right shoulder but it’s starts at my elbow, goes up my neck, slightly down my back and into my right boob 😒 damn this is painful. Is there any way to heal this problem after long time? I had pulled my muscle looong time ago (like 10 years) and I didn't know how to treat it. I went to doctor but he ignored it and didn't do nothing. Now after 10 years if I want to stretch this muscle for little bit longer I feel pain. Idk if anyone is still here, buut. I was doing T-bar rows (225lbs) when I sat the weight down I had a sharp tight pain in the left side of my neck, turning was impossible, that went slightly down my back (I kept working out). The next day my neck was still incredibly tight and painful but my left trap upper/mid had a sharp/achy/burning kind of pain and was swollen enough to see. The next day my neck mobility returned well (still painful) but my trap is still swollen/tight with a sharp/burny pain. Hurts at rest as well as movement. Can anyone help classify this or the severity?
I pulled my teres minor doing pull ups it was not extremely bad as I have full range of motion and there was only fairly minor swelling but it still feels awkward after a couple months and slightly tender. Therapy has helped significantly but I worry that the injury is pernament.

I rolled over my left shoulder when slipping on a dirtbike, atleast 15 mph but the throttle kept going and I lost traction in the wet grass

I pulled my hamstring slightly at the beginning of my soccer game, but I kept going and didn’t think much of it. The more I walked and kicked, the more it hurt. Eventually when a I took a shot It started hurting REALLY bad. I slowly walked to the side lines and stayed in the rest of the game. It’s been really bad and I hope I can walk soon :(
