(I can move my arm in almost every direction and still lift weights but at certain angles there is pain and if I shift my shoulder back(pulling back with middle trapez) sharp pain is felt in the same area you mentioned

This video has excellent quality Unfortunately, none of the things listed here have triggered my shoulder pain Recently, I think I damaged something in my shoulder doing W holds with tension bands But the only way I can trigger the pain is by holding my arm straight in front of me with the elbow locked and the thumb towards the sky From this position, I will take my right arm and try to bring it to the right of me like I’m opening a door or throwing a back fist When there is no resistance, I can do the motion fine but with moderate resistance, it sends a pain through my shoulder on that side

I did all the tests and felt no pain, yet still have shoulder pain when throwing. What should I look into next since it doesnt seem like rotator cuff? I dont have insurance rn so cant get seen
The 5th one is the test that hurts the most for me. I've been to 3 orthopedic surgeons. Thank you so much for this beneficial video. I was feeling pain on in my shoulder. But as soon I tried the empty can test I felt better.
Hi, Of all the exercises, the one that costs me the most and really hurts is the last exercise: Lift Off Test. What can I do? Thanks for the video.
This video has excellent quality
Unfortunately, none of the things listed here have triggered my shoulder pain
Recently, I think I damaged something in my shoulder doing W holds with tension bands
But the only way I can trigger the pain is by holding my arm straight in front of me with the elbow locked and the thumb towards the sky
From this position, I will take my right arm and try to bring it to the right of me like I’m opening a door or throwing a back fist
When there is no resistance, I can do the motion fine but with moderate resistance, it sends a pain through my shoulder on that side
Lucky i cant even move my arm any if the ways hes saying
I definitely have #1
Thank you! I passed all 5 tests but my shoulder still hurts 11 weeks after it was (anterior) dislocated when I got attacked and tackled on pavement.
Mine hurts if I reach overhead and then rotate down to extend my arm. Around 11:00 it seizes up. Hurts to sleep on. Really hurts to do the first pushup but then I can do 20 or so.
THANK GOD, this is my second time dislocating my shoulder within 12 months and it was from reaching to my back seat for my wallet and over extending it… I just passed every single test but I my shoulder still feels weak because it’s still day 3 after the dislocation
Doc 3 quarters of the test shown are positive on my shoulder
i don’t have any of these signs but it hurts when i press as in shoulder press bench press lateral raise to a certain height any ideas thank yu tons
I have tendinitis and tissue damage in my right rotator cuff and pulled trapezius also on right side massage therapy and physiotherapy hasn’t been helping everything is getting worse what do I do
I heard swinging the arm, while walking lets say is beneficial healing for this.
is just a slight pain does it mean that is not a tear?
I passed all the test but sometimes I move my arm I have a small pain in my shoulder is it simple tear then how much days should I rest from workout
I did all the tests and felt no pain, yet still have shoulder pain when throwing. What should I look into next since it doesnt seem like rotator cuff? I dont have insurance rn so cant get seen
Saving this for when I hurt something next. My latest hobby, as a paraplegic, seems to be finding new ways to hurt my overworked shoulders. Yeehaw.
instead of pain i feel discomfort. Could this still be a sign?
The 5th one is the test that hurts the most for me. I've been to 3 orthopedic surgeons. All have told me I need surgery but my insurance has to denied me needing surgery and says I just need physical therapy. I have appealed them and they just deny it again because their doctors the have look at my case agree with them because they are on their payroll.
What if only feel the mild pain when doing the empty can?
