4/04/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this April Madness, this one is a keeper repeat! Loved everything about it and went from using 10lb DBs on the 1st rounds to 15lb DBs. I felt strong for sure! How's everyone doing for this April Calendar 2023? Many repeats for sure, but I believe if you've kept track such as in a log or journal workout log, look back and see where you were at! I am ready to tackle my day now for sure! I've also noticed that, on my days off, if I must do workouts and put them off for later in the day, I struggle immensely! So, many years ago when I worked out 6 days a week, I did so at 5:30ish in the AM.
