There are tons of reasons why an apartment is more expensive than a palace like this and the most important one is quite simply that sky scraper are expensive to build. It is like comparing the price of a super car to a jet. They are both expensive luxury forms of transportation but the jet is just on another level of engineering and thus costs quite a bit more. I think people also do not realize just how tiny Manhattan is, there just is not enough space for rent to be cheap on a city the size of a few football fields.
Extraordinary Villa. I don't care who buys it or what it's used for as long as it is preserved. This is just another of the infinite number of gifts that Italy has given us. There is nowhere else on earth like it. Beauty will save the world.

I would set up an exclusive hotel, rooftop restaurant and bar and rent some areas as office space to support off season expenses. The basement would be an amazing game area, cafeteria (for light meals) to serve guests and office personal, and a dance salon for small parties and events. Would be great for destination weddings too. Love the place but the grounds upkeep must be a small fortune.

Wow! The villa is magnificent! The ceilings are very beautiful as well as the stained glass windows on the top floor. The garden is pretty and the location too. Sansepolcro is the town where some people of my family have lived and it is a beautiful city. The video is very well done with beautiful landscapes that make you want to go.
