I had a touch of deja vu watching this. If you plough back a couple of years, you'll find another Danilo tour of this property, covering different features of the property, a view of the famous fresco mentioned at the beginning of this tour and a guest appearance by Winnie the Pooh!
Looks like this building have been used as an office or head quarters for some food business in the past . The setup and equipment is really good, like a high class showroom . Love the golden look of this building when the sun hits the outside walls . So beautiful .

I think this is my favorite property you've shared since I began watching in this past year. The mansion is kindred to what I connect to as a home and I see the potential in restoring it to a home.

The villa has so many possibilities, like a private home, a business restaurant, being subdivided into multiple residential units, or a luxury boutique hotel. The possibilities are endless. I love the small lemon house, which could also be used as a summer living area. I also love the frescoes, coffered ceilings, and original stone fireplaces. Furthermore, I can imagine how it looked when it was all original before modifying the villa. Besos💋

The ;windows and iron work on the top floor were charming. Someone is going to be very happy there. I think the energy bills might be a concern. But if the person has the money for the house, then I assume energy bills would be but of no consideration. We missed you while you took a break.
