How long take to see it pass?
you’ll know if you passed the assessment at the end. it’ll let you know, typically you have to wait 60 days after the assessment to redo it, if you failed.

It works guys, just fast fwd the playback speed. Pause the video because all questions are out of order don’t rush it. Great 👍🏾 video make sure your in the right segment/ topic) before answering the questions.

The unit price is not 4.32
They got one of those questions wrong in last years video too but i guess it doesn't really mattter since they still passed. i guess walmart doesn't require you get 100% on that part.
After 3 attempts over the last 12 years, I guess I was never fit for walmart.
That personality test only wants the dumbest of people. Apparently, I can't be a lazy worker looking at their phone all day and ignoring customers. Go figure.

So I watched this video thoroughly and did all the answers but it looks like I still failed the assessment. It is telling me to retake it tomorrow when it's eligible. I am going to give it one more try.

This is not accurate . I used the same exact answers , some of the questions are switched around . But did not pass . Walmart changed the questions , and shortened the assessment. So it’s definitely different from when I got hired

Is this a joke? How do you fail or pass when there isn't any test scores after one finished the assessment?
It's not a joke for me at least. Getting an offer email and the phone call the very next day confirmed me that I passed it.
Just took the assessment and It said I completed it. All the other times I took it I failed it. I was able to take it after 30 days. This time I cannot retake it until May of next year

I did the test and it just says on dashboard, I applied. Does that mean I passed.

I don’t remember questions or answers from the other assessments. And my answers vary BASED on the department I’m taking assessment for. Because every department has different role where priorities differ.
That’s why I mention very clearly that “choose answers what you think is right and I don’t claim my answers are 100% correct”.
What questions company sets for assessment that is not in my hand, but ANSWERS do. This is where my MBA degree comes into play, where we are taught candidate psychology, employee psychology, hiring and firing, etc… etc…
I am not taking these assessments for myself but for people.
Coming to the point you calling me a scam artist, it is just one’s projection of their character, not reflection of mine.
I always utilize my invaluable time and energy on myself, self improvisation and for helping others not for harming others.

Worked for me! 2024, make sure you follow all the steps correctly , except then one where she puts the unit price incorrectly , also to make things easier put the vid in 2x speed!

such a stupid test i took it two times before wondering why they kept emailing me i didnt have the skills for it when ive worked retail for a year and a half before, honest advice dont be honest on the test and cheat to make it cause thats the only way its gonna happen. if you passed the test honestly though your the worst co worker any retail worker could ever ask for, your literally the co worker retail workers have in nightmares.

Is this only for online filling department? Because I followed with every answer for stocking and I ended up failing
her answers are wrong thats why.... It's not that hard, think as if Walmart was your business and what you will do to make your staff better. When I saw the simple mistake of the unit price at 2:53 I knew it wasn't credible. You can create another account, but will have to do the whole process over and if you do use your own brain and not these videos. You got it!!

Lol I hope I’ve passed if not I have to wait till September 2025 to retake it again but it does say active… last time I took it.. it was shorter time.. I applied back in February of this year.. was active till august..

@@Steeziii47 I’ve been checking my application everyday but it still hasn’t moved to under consideration. After a week goes by I plan on calling my Walmart and see what’s up.
I just took it and failed! The questions were nothing like this but it was for a different position. My first question was this: Supervisor: “Your average call handling time decreased 20% in March! This is a great improvement compared to February's average call handling time, which was 750 seconds.”
Representative: “I have been working extremely hard to improve my call handling time for March. I am so happy I got it down to __________ seconds.” I had math questions calculating percentages, I had to name certain functions of the computer I did a mock answering phone, updating patient addresses and the list goes on! Good Luck! 11/2/2023.

@@anariakinard3331 so i applied to ross stores yesterday, sunday evening, and today, monday morning, my submission for Job Number 6723628GLBZH which i applied to yesterday has been automatically withdrawn and is under
"Withdrawn Submissions" and also gives me the option to Re-Apply. Now, under "Completed Submissions", it says Job Number 6723628 without the letters and it gives me the option to withdraw… do u know that means? did i fail the virtual tryout for 6723628GLBZH and they have 6723628 under completed submissions for record keeping purposes? or i passed 6723628GLBZH and now 6723628 is under review?

No offense, but you may check with hr if you can take the test in your language
I wonder if their is a down side to hiring only lairs, that don't bother supervises with potential problems so they can prevent them, but instead tell other employees how to do their job regardless of official company policy. that if truthful they say are the best of the best with no self reflections on their actions. it's like a girl that values confidence no matter how abusive. I understand Walmart so well after this, the price being intentionally a different price at the register then marked, the lack of empathy of the customer's perspective or motivations, the absolute blind spot of how upper management actions will be viewed, the lack of ability for their workers to form a union. lol it's all so clear.
I’m pretty sure when I reapplied at Walmart and did the assessment and looked at this guy’s answers, it worked. That was in December 2023.

@@diegosoto1744 Yeah, it did that time. I was hired on as a set-up/remodel TA since my store was about to start a remodel of the whole inside. I worked 3rds full time and even did 3rd shift stocking.

That actually depends on a person whether they have received it or not.
You don't have to answer honestly if you did or didn't. Just say no. That question is for the company to get a tax break.
