I didn’t think I’d write a comment. But holy crap I got it😅. I took the assessment on Saturday (used the exact answers from here). Got a call the following Thursday for an interview same day. He literally only asked me “so tell me about yourself”. And then took me to meet ppl. told me he thinks I’d be a good fit & that was basically it lol. Now I have orientation next week. I’m so freaking scared bc this is my 1st job at 22 (Ik lame) but my anxiety is so bad. It’s literally telling me to quit b4 I start. But imma push through. & hopefully start making money. Thank u for this video it really helped. Now I’m going to watch more videos about working at Walmart lol
Oh yea & the assessment does not tell u if you pass or not. So that sucks. But for me it was less than a week when I was contacted. But Idk if it’s bc I’m in a small town where literally there’s only one Walmart unless u drive an hour away to a bigger city. But anyways, maybe I’ll update on my Walmart experience if someone asks lol

Returning employee, but if for some reason you don't pass it, you don't have to wait 6 months to apply again. Instead just make a new email. You gotta fill the application again tho but you can try it again right away

@orolbarragan it should tell you automatically right after you submit it. It let me know right away that I failed right after I took it. If you are a returning candidate, login to your account and it should tell you

I got the interview !!!! Unfortunately I didn't get the job because the manager found a candidate who seem more qualifier but this is a good assessment for anyone who wants a chance to get a interview at least
if it's an entry level position, how is another person more qualified? all entry level level positions don't really require experience and just because someone else had done it won't mean he or she is faster at it.
@@DanielGonzalez-zy4uw idk, I didn't have any work experience prior other than washing cars but I was told by the hiring manager that he was interviewing 2 more people so its not like it was a successful interview, you're hired type situation like how I think it is for most. I guess he liked one of the others' personality more. It sucks getting rejected by Walmart of all possible job opportunities especially when you see others who work there but its not like I missed an opportunity at my dream career or there isn't other jobs out there. Keep looking and/or try again another time would be my advice
@@DanielGonzalez-zy4uw I already have an idea on that, part of the reason I wanted to get a job is to start saving on dental work I need and for some dumb reason teeth aren't considered important according to whoever in charge of making sure people have access to all kinds of healthcare so some people have to pay full price on getting dental procedures done, prices that can be prohibitively expensive for some

This is just like the USPS exam. You're the very best, don't tell a supervisor, fast paced and challenges are most like me.
