    I love that the classes are short. It loosens me up quickly in the morning and is not difficult.

    I have been practicing yoga regularly for about 5 years. I decided to do these videos as a reset to check my form and hear from a new teacher. I definitely feel as though I have grown. Learning new modifications for chatarunga has been the most valuable lesson. As it is creating a bridge to build the upper body strength I need without risking injury! But overall, I think this format, cadence and cuing are all working together to improve the stability of my practice.

    I have been practicing yoga on and off for a few years now, staying mostly at the beginner level due to lack of consistency. sticking with this challenge has grown my practice tremendously. to share a small win, this is the first time I've been able to do a full chatarunga pushup! thank you arianna

    This has really helped me to build strength and to get back into the practice. This is the first time that I can remember that I made it through a challenge not missing a day. You made it easy for me to do since it’s less than 15 minutes. No excuses. I can’t wait to finish the last 2 days!
