THANK YOU AND THE WHOLE LOVELY COMMUNITY !!!
Ah hell yeah, been looking forward to you uploading another long run. I love the smaller tutorial vids and they've helped me a ton, but it's also always fun to see how you think and work through longer runs. Been on a big Noita kick lately so I've been binging a ton of your content haha. Still swear it would have taken me forever to get my first win (if I ever got one at all) if it wasn't for watching the "A Full Noita Run" vid you uploaded back in Feb and "Spell Wrapping Explained". Thanks for the great content!
Thanks dude, finally someone who is able to explain the inner workings of the game, which is now wishlisted! And nope, I watched the whole thing on 1x speed. You are entertaining and pleasant to listen to, for someone who's out of the screeching youtuber age and prefers the more quiet, well-informed videos. Kudos!
i have been getting back into noita recently and found your channel, i have watched like 3 full 6 hour videos because how helpful and entertaining they are. Thank you for the content!
Hey I just wanna say that I used the god mode just to see the game entirely because I was mad and bad and then I watched lots of yours video tips and tricks and also the long runs and now I have achieved 2 victories after 200 runs 😁 thank you, especially for the videos explaining wands mechanics and finding hearts. There is so much content I can't take the time to do everything this game has to offer but it's so rewarding and fun ! Love from France
Watched it from end to end normal speed :) . Though I did take myself in nodding off once and had to spool back... The ranting was amazing. I love the fact that you had your chat to talk with, special shoutout and thanks to all of them aswell for keeping you engaged! (cried when the sposermessage appeared, so funny) When you said "I bet this is the bit where youtubers would spool past because of me ranting" - I didn't. You have such a great personality the ranting is bliss - without it I'd just be watching ... idk.. a boring video with a guy doing a playthough. The speech and educational bits kept it entertaining - I haven't played noita, ever. I wanted to see if it was something for me. I don't know if it is - if I'd get too sad/mad when I die, and watching you is actually what makes me want to play it. Thank you for a great video, watched in 0.5 speed. (jk..)
Videos like these are so helpful for a returning Noita player. Youre tutorials are helpful, dont get me wrong, but the full runs show very well how to survive bad runs and it shows what to do in certain situations that you cant really prepare for. Ive recently loved bingeing your content during summer!
15:25 yes, pretty much. i play these videos on my side monitor while i play Noita for any knowledge rants you have during your playthroughs. just bought the game recently and your channel has really helped, and the content is fun to watch. thank you for the videos!
Oh yes!!! I was so looking forward to this video!! I love your RUclips specific runs I love the special attention you give us. And I also do want to get an insight into some of the bosses as I haven’t fought them all
I half watch, half listen to these videos while working my office job. The way you explain everything that is going on really makes it easy to follow along without watching every second.
Your videos were the savior for me actually trying this game. Just the fact that you can empty and fill potions was something I never thought of for example
Hey Dunk, just wanted to let you know I got my first win (3 orb Kolmi) after only 35 deaths! I even killed bridge boss and alchemist on that run. Many thanks to you and FuryForged for providing critical info that helped me get the win.
Love your videos Dunk! Ive only cleared the game twice. I just watched your sun quest video and it gave me a ton of knowledge, which helped me break the barrier to parallel worlds for the first time! Still on the same run, with over 26M health, trying to figure out what to do next 😂 hope to learn lots more from you and other Noita players
I listened to the whole ad rant. I'm in Dunk's camp on this one, the advertising revenue model is outdated and airtime requirements don't adapt well to online streaming. So uh, I guess I should sub soon :P Anyway, gotta go out and pick up more SpiderClean (tm)
YT videos, especially super-long-form ones, are the replacement for terrestrial radio's "theater of the mind" phenomenon. It helps people feel like part of a group and/or that there's another person present while they do their work. It's about more than white noise. Plus, there's that whole para-social relationship thing for some. I watch stuff like this because I have to video game vicariously through other people. I don't have time to actually play any of these titles.
lol i started playing noita. beat it 50 hours later. now i want to learn more, stumble across your streams and videos. and you're the perfect source for learning more. appreciate it. i will absorb 10% of what you stated in this video and it will help with future runs.
Got my first "long" run (long for me). first time actually going to kill the other bosses killed everyone except Master of Masters (cus im too afraid) and leviathan (cus no breathless). also grabbed 6 orbs on the way, could not have done this without your videos. specially this one so thank you a LOT!!
master of masters is definitely scary to get to. the fight itself isn't too hard, but traveling deep through the wizard's den is absolutely brutal. especially if you don't have all seeing eye
Thank you for the video dunk, I can't imagine how many takes you must've gone through seeing that all bosses means you have to fight tiny and survive without teleporting into his mouth. I respect the dedication
Finally got my first win last night! :D Pretty basic rapid fire spitter bolt wand after some insane luck. Found an add mana in my first chest, then got exploding corpses in the first holy mountain. Then got no more shuffle, melee immunity, extra life, permanent shield, and pinpointer, which let me use a shuffle wand with awful spread but great stats (2 cast, 21 capacity, 1000 mana max, 300 charge spd, cast delay and recharge on par with starting wand). Found a speedup, a couple of chainsaws, a quad, a luminous, and a bunch of scatter spells. Still only got to around 800 damage on the statue even at point blank, but enough to shred a 2 orb boss :) Run almost ended from an offscreen poly shot in the temple but luckily I had cleared everything in the area already and just hung back until it expired. I had gotten maybe 200 deaths into the game completely blind with my best run dying in the temple before I gave up and decided to click on your sun quest vid that had been getting recommended to me for a while. I was worried that spoilers would take away from the game but in hindsight I have absolutely no regrets, never would have figured out the chainsaw shit or the statue kick to kill Steve early game, both of which were integral to my win.
Since I learned that each miniboss unlocks some spells, I decided to learn how to go through them all, and there's no better way than watching a dunkorslam run on the subject. For real, man, this is such a nice content. I wonder if I would be so into this game if it wasn't for your explanatory videos. Thanks for all the effort into bringing so much explanation and such a great deal of information onto the game. Also it was really nice to see an add mana in the second biome being such a lucky find for an early god tier wand. There are several, interchangeable ways of dealing with cast delay and recharge time, and only add mana for the mana cost, that I thought I was missing something by having such a hard time finding add mana in my runs, since you use it in every tutorial video you showcase a machine gun. This run showed much more of the real deal, where you can find it, of course, but as you said it yourself, there were rumors about it, pointing to the rarity of the event. As soon as I'm done with the bosses, I'll probably jump in to watch the other full run videos. Thanks for all the great content ❤
05:55 in the morning. finished the vid in 1x times speed. love ur random ranting and the explanations. even if i know all the stuff u are ranting about. u are entertaining and chill af. so keep on doing this stuff and we youtubepeeps will keep on watching ur vids. greetings from berlin :)
the solution to ads is to ban them from society as a whole, seize twitch and made it a publicly held utility like water or electricity, free for all and free from ads.
No joke this run teached me a lot about travelling into the points of interest of noita, the visual cues and allingments of black holes, so thank you! Also, now i have a general idea of how the bosses work lol
you explained wand wrapping with refresh wand and it explained to me why i had a wand that had this weird but cool charge up feature, where the longer i fired it the closer to one frame it became over the course of 5 or so seconds, i probably looped it on itself and each recurring loop compounded the cast/recharge time subtracting spells i had included.
Im a bit late to the video, but as someone getting into Noita for the first time, this and your full run have been super helpful so far. Keep making these vids, theyre awesome. Ill more than likely keep binging them all at once XD
I love your Videos i watch them while Playing myself or doing some Chores to learn little tricks because is still suck ass after 200 Hours of playtime :D got some Wins but i want to unlock more stuff so i need to make my runs more consistent.
2:03:10 pyramid boss 2:10:00 bridge boss 2:16:20 alchemist 2:46:10 dragon 3:17:00 door boss 3:32:00 mage boss 3:57:00 mecha kolmi 4:02:10 tiny 4:12:50 friendly boss 4:17:00 leviathan 4:21:40 forgotten boss 4:26:59 wouldnt want to fling yourself into lava... 4:28:40 kolmi
I didn't smash the like button, I slurped it, I sweated on it and finally I dunkorslammed it hard. All the bells and whistles are activated and I'm locked in as a dedicated moist mob worshiper. Thanks for the top notch Noita content and banter. ❤ :dnkmm: !buhee PS forgot to mention the t-bagging of the subscribe button, you know how it is
Easiest way to kill the alchemist is to have melee immunity, kick one of the statues in the lab, let it follow you to the arena, and then hide under it.
any advertisement that annoy me when i see it sure as hell does not encourage me to buy their product, companies are too focused on getting the product seen even if its not at an opportune time imo
1:50:58 was like 5 seconds after a freakin’ Pepsi add 😂😂 the timing Also thanks for the content, first comment after watching a few videos and guides after getting this game recently. Had an amazing last run with vampirism but big Steve killed me 😂
This game is just something else. It is really impressive, how much knowledge you need to have and WHICH you have, especially for the wand building. But there's one thing, you should consider doing and I'm wondering, why you're not already, is to setup keybinds for your wand/flask slots, instead of scrolling with the mousewheel. After memorizing it, you would play more efficient, don't you think?
I think the Urine jars, are a reference to "poronkusema" or "Lapinkulta" as... they come out of a "deer" which could be Reindeer "Poro". It could be just a TF2 ref as well.
Yesterday I killed the pit boss painfully slowly, I've had 30k+ damage trigger sparkbolt setup and, secondary, homing mist + damage-up setup, Trigger one did nothing. Mist with damage-up did 3-5 damage per sec. It took quite a while lol.
I have this really cheesy habit of grabbing the essence of earth and creating the tannerkivi for easy tunneling / collapsing walls with kicks before I have tunneling wands. Is this actually worth it? It takes a while. You can use it to get through almost any material and wipe out cursed rock, though.
What’s up peeps. Had a good Noita run today. I was in a flow state. Picked up a wand with a freeze spell on it. I was set on fire. I didn’t have any water on me, so I jump into a holy mountain portal. Landed in the pool safe……accidentally trigger the new wand with freeze spell and locked myself in the water. 🤦🏾♂️
yknow, I never really understood why people go straight into the mines without water trying to look for some when you can just turn around and go to the base of the tree where that one pool of water is
Dude.. the fact that a viewr said to smash the like was WAYYY less annoying and ACTUALLY got you the like from me cuz I was like... he's right (the viewer)... you should let that be the thing.. let the live streams get the shoutouts for smashing the likes.. there's definitely a hook to it
Not seeing a lot of people complaining about the length of these videos BUT if you wanted to bring down the length without having the viewers lose out on context, you could cut out most of the running around looking for resources and instead give a quick rundown of what you found in the level once you enter the holy mountain. Keep in the interesting bits, ukko encounters, flask thrower farming, fungal adventures, formations, near deaths and so on, then show your inventory and go over what you found. Of course, if the purpose of the video is to show just a normal run, it makes sense to keep all of it in, but for longer runs like this I suspect the viewer is more interested in the boss killing part of the run. Keep it up, old man.
Lmao its a twitch vod brother. Do you know how much work it takes to edit 4 and a half hours of content into only the important bits? What i love about these vods is that Dunkorslam spends the time to explain what his goals are, what he’s looking for and what the strategies others use for these runs. Not only that but watching the vods uploaded to youtube shows how dope the moist mob is and how interactive dunkorslam is with chat. Im really grateful for the length of Dunk’s videos. You can always fast forward
Hey DunkOrSlam, could you give me advice on when's the best moment to skip the collapsing of the Holy Mountain and angering the gods? Is it as soon as I have a spell capable of destroying the walls? I want to be able to come back and edit my wands, but eventually Skoude will appear in the holy mountains and he's tough to beat! Thanks in advance, love your content! Fairly new Noita player here and found your channel about a week ago.
It's actually a 13 boss run

This is too relatable lol, literally just got my first win the other night with a double add mana chainsaw with concentrated spells
Thanks dude, finally someone who is able to explain the inner workings of the game, which is now wishlisted! And nope, I watched the whole thing on 1x speed. This game is a hell of a lot bigger than I originally thought it was. Very excited to get into it
Yea, the first time I read a comment about someone being on a 17 hour run, I was surprised. I'd only survived about 30 minutes at the time
i have been getting back into noita recently and found your channel, i have watched like 3 full 6 hour videos because how helpful and entertaining they are. Thank you for the content!

I actually just watched your 11 orb video and this one back to back in one day, after having watched your stream for 7 hours in the morning
I would have played myself, but i just feel like shit, maybe COVID and don't want to sit on my chair for long time
Been binge watching your videos, just finished the sun quest video. Like the longer runs! Lots of useful tips and good moments 👍🏻
Hey Dunk, just wanted to let you know I got my first win (3 orb Kolmi) after only 35 deaths! I even killed bridge boss and alchemist on that run. Many thanks to you and FuryForged for providing critical info that helped me get the win.
that telly flask farming was so fun to watch
Bro I started watching your Videos about 2 months ago, THANK YOU!!! I love watching your content! gigity KEEP KILLIN IT!!

“Let’s farm up some gold” proceeds to ignore all the fucking gold
I watched this over several days and this was so entertaining!

Almost 2023 here, start playing this game few months ago, your guide helps a lot, thanks!
appreciate u posting these. i miss your streams a lot cuz im busy or whatever but still love to watch !!!
i like to think of all of the crestures seeing your crown and amulet and being terrified out of their mind knowing you're gonna obliterate the run
lol i started playing noita. beat it 50 hours later. now i want to learn more, stumble across your streams and videos. and you're the perfect source for learning more. appreciate it. i will absorb 10% of what you stated in this video and it will help with future runs.
Just lost my best long run. Was watching your run while I did mine. Next runs gonna be better thanks to you
Yeeeeeeh was waiting for the long run !!!! Thanks a lot sir
I heard that he was on the 4th or 5th take and they had to bring out the jumper cables to keep him going. Man is a legend.
Thanks for the youtube content g. I always wondered why I would find master of master spells but have never fought him.
watched in 2 sittings on 1x speed and no skipping. Thanks for the days worth of content when youre offline
So great. After even 100 of hours there are new ways to build staffs and even more.
Can confirm it took me about a week to watch the sun quest video, having it on during cooking + dinner
I can not stop watching your channel, it’s the perfect “I have an hour to spare” videos
these 2hour+ long videos are the things that i usually watch while studying, optimize that brain to learn two things at once
the solution to ads is to ban them from society as a whole, seize twitch and made it a publicly held utility like water or electricity, free for all and free from ads.
Keep the long runs coming
Man you're awesome and I love your videos. This game is just waaaay to deep and intense for me. I dont understand how you get so lucky on these runs.
It's not luck, every run just has OP stuff. It's just a matter of surviving and finding it c:
I love your Videos i watch them while Playing myself or doing some Chores to learn little tricks because is still suck ass after 200 Hours of playtime :D got some Wins but i want to unlock more stuff so i need to make my runs more consistent.
been asking for this one!!!!!!! cheers dunk
I watched that Sun Quest video 3 days ago and it felt like watching The Godfather 1 and 2 on same sitting D:
awesome content!!! love watching these videos during work

I watched this whole video on x1 speed and you helped me learn a lot about spells (I'm very new to the game like 10 hours played tops)
Watched it to the end, love these videos
I didn't smash the like button, I slurped it, I sweated on it and finally I dunkorslammed it hard. All the bells and whistles are activated and I'm locked in as a dedicated moist mob worshiper. Thanks for the top notch Noita content and banter. ❤ :dnkmm: !buhee
PS forgot to mention the t-bagging of the subscribe button, you know how it is
This was fun to watch!
Advertisement is genocide. No advertisement is acceptable.
Watched this in the passenger seat during a work trip, great content brother
Watched the entire thing on normal speed over three days. Very entertaining.
Can't believe I watched the whole thing. Well done.
3:45:00 "They usually don't do so well against chainsaws" is my new favorite out-of-context quote.
I dunked and/or slammed that subscribe button
1:50:58 was like 5 seconds after a freakin’ Pepsi add 😂😂 the timing
Also thanks for the content, first comment after watching a few videos and guides after getting this game recently. Had an amazing last run with vampirism but big Steve killed me 😂
Pit boss ruined my first potential god run by polymorphing my ass into oblivion ;_;
Yo I banged that Subscribe button like so many times ;) ...
Also you're damn straight I watch your vids start to finish, sometimes multiple times lol
Great video watched the entire thing!
The tele flask from the flask thrower, hurt my heart
“Okay because I’m streaming/RUclips we’re going to try to avoid things that’ll lag the game”
3 hours later
*Sets entire jungle biome on fire…
Really enjoyed watching this, just got my first win and loving the game. Most deaths electric related paha

No wand tinkering gives blood money but if you take tinker anywhere as well you can tinker in holy mountains still.
Thank you, with the help of this video, I figured out a lot, although I don’t speak English well
thank you, you legend
Yesterday I killed the pit boss painfully slowly, I've had 30k+ damage trigger sparkbolt setup and, secondary, homing mist + damage-up setup, Trigger one did nothing. Mist with damage-up did 3-5 damage per sec. It took quite a while lol.
@2:05:00 Personally, I like to hear the troll donation messages.
It’s here!!!
20 bucks for 34 hours of streaming a month
damn

Us RUclips mosh pit getting some love!
Thanks!
I have this really cheesy habit of grabbing the essence of earth and creating the tannerkivi for easy tunneling / collapsing walls with kicks before I have tunneling wands. Is this actually worth it? It takes a while. You can use it to get through almost any material and wipe out cursed rock, though.
That was some crazy Noita action.
Aprendi muita coisa nessa aula de 4 horas ❤️❤️❤️
He told me to sweat on that like button, I’m going to sweat on that like button. More great content
15:30 Yeah, and here is me just discovering Your channel and watching those live dumps before bed 🤫
yknow, I never really understood why people go straight into the mines without water trying to look for some when you can just turn around and go to the base of the tree where that one pool of water is
at 1:56:10 dude doesnt know who George Miller is lol
Dude.. the fact that a viewr said to smash the like was WAYYY less annoying and ACTUALLY got you the like from me cuz I was like... he's right (the viewer)... you should let that be the thing.. let the live streams get the shoutouts for smashing the likes.. there's definitely a hook to it
I have the c19 bad flu. You bet your ass I'm going to watch this whole video in one sitting
I wouldn’t appreciate an edited version of this video. I like the full run format.
I personally also like the full video 😊
any amount of editing takes time. for long runs, it takes a lot of time. even for simple edits
i love the long format, because i can learn a Lot of things
Hey DunkOrSlam, could you give me advice on when's the best moment to skip the collapsing of the Holy Mountain and angering the gods? Is it as soon as I have a spell capable of destroying the walls? I want to be able to come back and edit my wands, but eventually Skoude will appear in the holy mountains and he's tough to beat!
Thanks in advance, love your content! Fairly new Noita player here and found your channel about a week ago.
I would be glad if Nola nerfed or removed most of the immunities. It would give more perks space to shine and now they are no brainer.
