So I tried this but I was not able to make it work it's already at max. It's not really the temperature that's bad it's just not enough pressure coming out of the hot side. There's a sink in the bathroom and it has plenty of hot water through the hot side. Is there something that controls the hot water pressure?
Hi sir, what issue could be if even I align the hotwater to the max position, but the tempretrue is not high enough. my heater is setting to 140F, which is also max there. Can I further limit the cold water comes in?
I think limiting the cold water flow in the diverging valve will not increase the water temperature. Since the hot water heater is maxed out. You might want to see if you can find a hot water heater that allows to raise temperature to your liking or contact the manufacturer to see if they can offer any assistance.
This is the exact setup I have however this isn't working. On cold the water barely comes out and eventually is too hot.
Make sure the water valves are open all the way

I think you are losing hot water pressure before the valve.
What hex screw driver number i need to use?
You need a #2 Phillips screw driver and a 7/64” Allen wrench for the little screw that attaches the handle.

You need a new water heater. Flush every year and replace anode rode every 3 years and it will last for a long time.
