Tell me the difference in your 3” pipe from 3” tube clamps ? Which one is designed to cut 3” o.d.

Tubing nomenclature is a 3" tube has a 3" OD. A 3" pipe has no 3" dimensions and I believe is defined by ASME B36.10 (or just search for pipe specifications).

Each cut will be progressively slower after the saw teeth make contact with that hardened pin, the saw teeth will progressively loose there set after rubbing against the sides of the slot, the slot will progressively get wider from the saw teeth, this will cause the burr on the cut pipe to progressively get bigger, and the cut pipe end will progressively get more out of square.
