Another wonderful video lads. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the fun and laughs you had with E&B and Belfast was far greener and more beautiful than we imagined. St Patricks Purgatory was such an interesting place as was seeing the Giants Causeway. Fair play to you both for completing the Stairway to Heaven. That was certainly a grand task. Lastly we felt that our favourite part of your trip in this video was the The Gobbins. Quite obvious why you needed to wear hard hats. Sad to see the end of the beauty of Ireland for now but looking forward to french adventures ahead. X

The Gobbins was first closed in the 1950s, not just before WW2. I know this for sure because I remember my aunts taking me there in 1954. I always thought that maybe I had dreamt it, until they reopened it recently and I remembered the entrance and the bridges.

@@yorkielovit we won’t tell Winnie you said that! 🤭 she was veryyyy fluffy by the end of our Ireland trip, she’s pretty lean but her coat can be deceiving! 😉 she always reacts like that when she sees Emma and Bernie, even if it’s only been a week, but this was so special to see! Thanks for watching! 🤩

I'm insulted! The gulp IS the the proper sip! You DO NOT sip Guinness! It's not wine or pissy lager, it's a stout! When you drink any stout Guinness, Beamish, Murphy or O'Hara, whatever it is, there are to be 3 distinct rings on the glass by the end with a good portion of the head only still left at the bottom. You are not allowed to critique or rate the quality of the stout or how it is poured if you not even willing to do your part! It's like ordering the best cut of steak medium-rare you still put ketchup on it! The Audacity! They won't waste the good cut on you the next your are they if they remember you. Everyone complains about how the stout it's stored and poured but they don't ask themselves if they are drinking it properly and yes it matters! If that lad knew he know the taste from the first gulp If you go into a pub then they don't pour correctly but they see you drink it correctly I guarantee you they will pour the next one perfectly for you without a single word needed to be said! In Ireland of course. Outside of Ireland you'll struggle to find good stout. You might find good stout in Germany I think but I can't say for sure. Although I have some gems in London and few places in Luxembourg that surprised me, all Irish own pubs though as it turned out, They see you how are drinking it and they can tell your Irish, then usually the owner or the son or daughter of the owner will come out and start talking to you and tell you about all the effort they put into getting the pint to taste exactly how it does back home. One place that sticks out in my mind is pub / shop Eirelux in Luxembourg! What a PINT!
