As per usual for me the most difficult practice is being kind to myself. I find it extremely beneficial the gentle tapping from my forehead and along the jawline and will try to incorporate it into my everyday self care routine. Thank you so much 🙏 ♥
I loved this grounding and calming practice, it helped with the anxiety I’ve been feeling due to system overload! The hands over heart and self-love encouragement at the end transformed me and the rest of the day looks doable now! Thank you so much, paula! Love every class of yours I’ve done.
I find it quite difficult to enjoy fully seated practices because of back pain from sitting. I think this might be something to do with the fact that I’m pretty short and my feet never touch the ground, so my sitting posture is awful. When I’m working I don’t notice it but I really do in my practice and end up avoiding seated videos. Thanks anyway Paula. A gem!
