Thank you very much! I am a total amateur mechanic and I kept coming back to this video for step by step instructions. ❤️🇦🇺
When it came to removing the oil jet the screw method didn’t work as the plug was spinning in the hole. I drilled in with a 2mm bit and it was enough to pop it out. So satisfying! 😊
Sorry but I used red RTV. 😉

This is a great vid. It's a bit pricey but there are type s pump kits for sale with it already grinded down for clearance, but this would be a cheaper alternative

Does the timing chain stay the same if you add the pump to a k24z3 engine? Or do you have to install a k20 timing chain?

Great video. Don't think I'll be doing the k20A2 oil pump since I don't plan on hanging my k24A in high RPMs often - just some spirited driving from time to time. Anything you'd recommend on a K24A RBB4 before dropping into the engine bay? Figure the t-chain doesn't need it but perhaps a new tensioner?

Hi, just did this conversion thanks to your video. Just wondering is it normal the oil pump guide to have some slack?? like a slight in / out movement even when full torqued down? Im using all new honda hardware and guides.. Cheers

Dude this a great video!! I have a 1989 CRX with a K24A2. I'm not sure if this mod was done but I will do it cause of the extra oil pressure protection. Supposedly it allows the K24 to reach a little higher RPMs? Anything else in there you'd suggest? I saw a video where someone replaced the 25 deg cam gear...?
