Yes it is easy to lose weight, stop protecting these people. I went from 230 to 180 in 3 months just from working in the hot and humid Polynesian sun 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Grow up. That being said, good for him. But stop pretending.
Watching people lose so much weight is so inspiring because not only is it an incredibly difficult task, its also representative of these people. Its not only their body healing but their mind and soul.
I remember Casey. The dude's life seemed so depressing. It's awesome that he completely turned it around. You can tell in his newer posts that he's so much happier.
They’re all impressive! I had weight loss surgery back in 2016, I was at my heaviest; 298lbs. I’m now down to 150lbs and I couldn’t be more happy. I will say, due to me being morbid obese my whole life, the mentality of me still seeing myself still as 298lb, makes me still very self conscious. Even today.
i'm currently at 286 pounds, or 130kg, at the age of 19. I don't want to put my family into debt with the surgery, I want to lose weight and become lovable, how do i do it
Waiting for twitter to call sunny fatphobic now 💀 All seriousness these people are inspirational to change their lives for the better, you are the only one that can make a change in your life.
Struggling? Are you actually trying though? If you're finding it difficult you could get a support network . All the best matey I reckon you're gonna make it
You got this, friend. Keep getting through every day, and make sure you're putting in an amount you know you'll be able to look back on later and know for yourself : I really tried. We all have something in life we have to do this with. You'll succeed.
A year ago I was struggling with it too. I’m 5 11 and I used to weigh 220 pounds. I now weigh 175 and packed on some muscle. What I learned is consistency is key. I try to eat right 6 out of 7 days a week. On the 7th day I have a cheat meal or two. This helps me from eating bad all the time by getting it out of my system. I also highly recommend lifting weights if you can. For me it’s been absolutely life changing and I’m finally starting to like my body.
Hell yeah bro finally some positive vibes 🙏 I like the downfall vids but this actually gives me hope. I was 280 at the end of lockdown and 160 before but I’ve since lost 40 lbs after just quitting drinking alone. This gives me hope that with effort, I’ll be able to lose more.
im so proud of them. they put the effort in, and then reached their goal. watching them get better and better gives me motivation that i can’t explain.
It’s so very nice to see people change their ways for the betterment of life not just weight loss or being rich, it’s that mindset of that person that at least attempts to make a difference especially if it’s making progress, I truly admire those type of people, especially if they are going thru mental or physical issues, it kinda makes a sense of anyone can do it, no matter if ur big or small, smart or dumb, anyone can achieve that one thing that we are all looking for
I’ve only just started the gym myself I’m nowhere near as bad as these people were but it’s such a motivational boost to see how much these guys transformed
Dude I am so happy seeing Casey’s transformation! I remember when all of the RUclipsrs were watching his documentary, and I am so proud to see him make it!
These kinds of people are the best kind of people. I've seen people reach the bottom but refuse to get back up. But, when people like these know that they have hit rock bottom and NEED to get back up, they get back up.
Huge inspiration and showing us that most people can bury their mental health problems with food. I am the first to admit that I do the same. I deal with my problems with making bad food decisions. When i start eating healthy then I tend to latch onto another bad habit such as smoking.

Yes it is easy to lose weight, stop protecting these people. I went from 230 to 180 in 3 months just from working in the hot and humid Polynesian sun 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Grow up. That being said, good for him. But stop pretending.
hey at least it's better than the alternative and see mukbankers stuff their faces and then bitch about how they are gaining weight.
Being a fat guy who hates himself, this motivates me a lot
Motivation doesn't last bro discipline does tho u can do it if they can you can lots of love brotha.
@@MuffinsMuffinLMAO thanks I will try my best
@@DumfaceknightI want to try too
Same
ok… pick up the phone and ring tlc so you can get on this show
these ppl made my cry because they actually saved their lives . i am soooo happy for them.
Casey is solid proof that you can lose weight.. All you need to do is have motivation.
You should motivate yourself NOW.
Im proud of these guys, They took a big step of courage and wanting to change and suceeding which makes me happy, Love you Sunny
This is awesome. I recently lost 100 pounds after gaining it all during COVID, so I can empathize with these people more than I ever thought I would
God bless all these people who persevered in their journey. It's NOT easy, but not impossible.
Even today.
CONGRATS
i'm currently at 286 pounds, or 130kg, at the age of 19. I don't want to put my family into debt with the surgery, I want to lose weight and become lovable, how do i do it
Waiting for twitter to call sunny fatphobic now 💀
All seriousness these people are inspirational to change their lives for the better, you are the only one that can make a change in your life.
As someone who is also struggling with weight loss, seeing these type of stories is very inspiring to me
Struggling? Are you actually trying though? If you're finding it difficult you could get a support network .
All the best matey I reckon you're gonna make it
You’ve got this Devin!
Get after it! 😎
You got this man! Keep going and you’ll make it for sure
Casey's success is just as impressive as the rest. Heck, his story is my favorite
I was 315 back in August, now I am 215, 100 pounds down, never thought it would get better but I changed myself for the better, don't give up guys
Seeing these people turn their life around truly is inspiring. Like they've gone so far its truly incredible.
Seeing a positive SunnyV2 video today is exactly what I need. These people are inspirations!
I’m proud of these people for putting themselves out there. It’s not easy
im so proud of them. they put the effort in, and then reached their goal. watching them get better and better gives me motivation that i can’t explain.
This is what body positivity should be about. Its so clear that these people made life saving and changing decisions by committing to the weight loss.
Sadly nowdays being obse or roided up is considered body positivity
casey is a literal w.
honestly he’s a good inspiration for people
Now stories like these are inspiring and show that with determination and dedication… anything is possible 😎💯
I was smiling throguhout the whole video. So inspiring and so uplifting.
7:47 His entire body fits inside those pants. Really shows how huge he was prior to all the weight loss.
It’s so very nice to see people change their ways for the betterment of life not just weight loss or being rich, it’s that mindset of that person that at least attempts to make a difference especially if it’s making progress, I truly admire those type of people, especially if they are going thru mental or physical issues, it kinda makes a sense of anyone can do it, no matter if ur big or small, smart or dumb, anyone can achieve that one thing that we are all looking for
The transitions to each different story are always perfect. Amazing writing man.
YESSSSSSSSS
ok
hey oompa
This makes me genuinely happy i love seeing people improve themselves and seeing them genuinely happy about themselves ❤
Who is here after Nickacado fooled us all💀💀😭
Damn, I remember watching a video about Casey years ago but I never knew how much he turned his life around like that. Fair play man 👏

Imagine having to take a whole ass nap after climbing up the stairs 💀💀

Right
💀
3:41 That cat has no idea how lucky it is to be alive cause a misstep or fall there would have taken all 9 of them.
💀🤨
LOL THATS FUNNY
Dude I am so happy seeing Casey’s transformation! I remember when all of the RUclipsrs were watching his documentary, and I am so proud to see him make it!
These kinds of people are the best kind of people. I've seen people reach the bottom but refuse to get back up. But, when people like these know that they have hit rock bottom and NEED to get back up, they get back up.
SunnyV2 is one of my favourite youtubers.
And some mrbeast vid won't change nothing
Huge inspiration and showing us that most people can bury their mental health problems with food. I am the first to admit that I do the same. I deal with my problems with making bad food decisions. When i start eating healthy then I tend to latch onto another bad habit such as smoking.
It’s nice to see sunny doing positive content for a change 😀
love your content sunny you might be getting more haters now but its super cool and inspiring how you followed your own advice about youtube drama by not giving it any attention
Easy to not give attention to something if you don't interact with it, in this case the viewers and community. Creators get hate for a reason sometimes
Stories like these just make me happy.
