    I felt the same after my undergrad. Doing a Masters was the best decision I ever made for my personal growth and my future. It helped me decide on my career path too. But it's also helpful to remember people change their careers all the time even after years in the same job. So nothing is set and you're not locked into anything. Best of luck with the application 🌟

    I understand this feeling. Whilst I did a masters degree at age 22, I still feel I can learn more and I am always curious towards new knowledge. I quit my first real job to take a break and focus on things that matter more such as improving social skills outside of an office environment. In the end I decided to talk with a career coach and figure out what drives me and what are my strengths.

      Where did you find your career coach? Or how did you choose it? I really need help with this area of my life but I'm finding it super hard to find someone that specializes in career coaching vs life coaching

      Despite becoming a doctor at age 24, I still think I needed a career coach. My disadvantaged background motivated me, but it definitely limited my growth. If I had more belief in myself I could have achieved greater things at a younger age.

    I graduated last June 2022, got hired exactly after a month. I still have no idea what I'm doing for the most part of my post-university life. Been so stressed a lot because I felt like I was "too slow" when it comes to adapting and learning stuff about my first job, but seeing so many other graduates feel the same way as I do comforted my heart more than I thought it would :(

    I hate that social media and even people in our society puts so much pressure in having a structured plan after we graduate school or college.
    Seeing your peers on social media and thinking they got all figured out sucks and even if you get off social media it's the people around asking that constantly bothers you.
    Best of luck for your application. If the decision makes you happy don't let anyone make you second guess you decision.

So why dont you find a job that will allow you that freedom for the subjects you are passionate about.... Ie resesrching the areas she loves... That will be different for everyone.... I got to the top of my tree rearching things and the more you niche, the happier you will be..... And the more in demand for your info.... Follow your heart it knows the way... It may just pop up washing up one day... But long walks in nature spark ideas for me... • @londazh
      @londazh 2 года назад +1

      @@mynty_me HR deals with employees, and basically acts as a bridge between company and staff. It is stressful because not only you act as a business partner to company management, but you deal with people's issues (important life changing ones, like salary, demotions, performance evaluations etc) on a daily basis - and it is harder than customer service because you actually see these people daily and they are your colleagues (unlike customer service, where it does not get so personal). I am trying to switch to training & development design, because it gives more possibility to do private projects for companies, also be in charge of own schedule/home office.

      @@macerly ,
      IF you make a real living then why do you need scholarship funding? Save, invest, pay for the next degree by yourself. What serious degree did you get? Engineering, nursing, science?

      The degree is 35k a year + living and rent expenses .. I graduated with honours, so yes. If I can, I would like to save at least some of those 35k from going into yet another loan.
