Bernina Zipper Foot #4 and

Here is one of the zipper feet that are available for the BERNINA machines. This foot comes with all of the Bernina machines. The sample zipper we created was a "centered zipper" great for many projects.

You can do it. Pillows are a great place to start when working with zippers.

No you will want to use foot #35 invisible zipper foot.

Is it ok to stitch right over the zipper teeth at the bottom of the zipper? I was always taught to sew the bottom seam just below the ‘end’ of the zipper teeth. Thanx.

Yes it is perfectly fine to sew over the plastic zipper teeth. Just have to be cautious at the bottom because most zipper have that little metal piece holding the zipper sides together. 😀

Might have been either La Espiga Nylon cord or Pearl Cotton 8wt.
