Like your videos. I have the same compressor. Couldn't believe how quiet it is. Amazing. Also doing mobile repairs. I like your drying setup. Anyway cheers 💪
Roof rack or box maybe the way forward sir just for heavy stuff this is definitely the one gotta have a full breakdown of wonga as well because that will give people a idea of how much a biz like this actually costs thank you o get back to work 😂
Love the beginning,I build smart repair vans for a living 🤣🤣do you still have that new unit you showed us a while back aswell to do jobs if the English weather is crap?cheers grant👍
That compressor is nuts! I've just brought an sgs 24 litre compressor, it's the most powerful 24 litre I could find but it's 97db and very loud. But I think slow and steady it will run a full size gun. Keep up the great work!! 👍
I used one of these many tears ago....I now use a Opollo turbine ..best thing i have ever done. Small, warm air, uses less material, quiet etc...Cheers
Hi Grant ,the vans really getting to how it should look ,I know you weren't bothered about getting any ally' wheels for it ,but I reckon you should, that's only my opinion 😉👍👊
I think I'd be trying to mount the compressor above the dryer if they fit it leaves the areas nearest the doors free for things you need to get in and out.
Hi Grant, that is one nice setup you have there mate I do like your compressor it's very compact and very quiet I did look at one of those myself but the CFM wasn't quite there for my guns and air fed mask, do you know the CFM rating on yours Grant? I know the Gunman has one similar but his has 4 banks of motors where yours have 2 so was wondering what the difference is between them. I don't think you should get quite as much water in the tank with the oilless setup. Cant wait for the next instalment as this is getting interesting🍿🍿😅stay safe mate👌👍
Mine is 14.6cfm with a free air delivery (fad) of 10.8cfm it should be plenty as this is actually more than my abac 90 which done everything I needed but I don’t use air fed mask I could with my system but not worth it outside
@@grantssmartrepairs That should be plenty good enough as you're not spraying continuously. While waiting a few minutes for paint to flash off the air can build up again 👍
@JohnWD40TC02, Being oiless wouldn't affect moisture level, as it comes from the air being drawn into compressor, no oil should get through but moisture will - unless you have a dryer 👍
Grant becarefull not to block the air flow around the intake filters on the top of the electric motors overwise the motors will overheat very quickly and burn out they need a bit more air movement around them l think.just check. If it doesn't I find it gets very hot beware.check the manual just in case.👍
You don't change the water Lol. You just crack open drain tap in bottom of tank every week or so unless you have an auto drain. If you don't drain tank water will build up and slowly fill tank 👍
This is what I have www.ebay.co.uk/itm/292941548486?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=zu3yLFECRXW&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=7sdhwvgpqfc&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
I thought it was just me ….i couldn’t figure the different fittings on air tools ,gun ,lines and compressors …I’ve bought a few different fittings to be on the safe side
@@grantssmartrepairs i use a devillbis flg 5 1.8 and dont have any problems, the 1st fill up of the tank seems to take ages but after the 1st one it hold up very well

Thank you mate just watched the 2nd part looks mint in the middle of my own build at mo too 👍
Lovely old job
Can you please explain the electric how you done it thanks
Some impressive gear in these vans might need to invest in some security locks and tool insurance if that's a thing 🤔
What happened to the green one?
That went ages ago
I thought it was just me ….i couldn’t figure the different fittings on air tools ,gun ,lines and compressors …I’ve bought a few different fittings to be on the safe side
I have the same compressor its the best one i have had
How does it hold up when using it? I can’t get over how quite it is 😂
