Having been a building engineer for just shy of 30 years I set up on my own recently, like you first job nightmare and had a few since but overall it’s great spent a fortune on kit and insurance and best bit of it cost 26 quid - good luck, subscribed I can’t do bodywork to save my life so watching you do these repairs outside is amazing.

Great vid mate.....A tip, put a large ground sheet down. If you spill paint on the clients driveway. They will not be happy, and you will be spending hours getting it off. I know been there done that, I now always put aground sheet down. Yes that job should have been $300 all day long. Swings and round about mate. You will love being a mobile painter, it took me 5 years to see the light. Very little overheads...Cheers NZ

Grant most corners are £180-£200, it’s easier if you bag it from the front wouldn’t use paper as if the wind gets behind it may hit the painted area. Great job don’t know if you have sides for the gazebo ??? But you will need 1

Corner is now best part of the car, well done for being so conscientious. It's a learning process to work on driveways, treat the first few jobs as getting paid to learn again! Managing customer expectations vs assessing the job on the quote is a bit different to being in a workshop. Stick to your prices though, you don't negotiate with Tesco for your weekly shop do you? Then again everyone needs to put food on the table. Great to see the first job, keep up the great work.

brilliant job,the lighting and extractor fan seems much 😀 ,i put an old non fluffy curtain i buy from hospice shops round wheels, these dont flap in the wind,if you ever need to get those number plates off then some good mole grips fasten up on the plastic round the corroded screws and can be usually removed with no issues, great content👍 thanks for doing these i appreciate them as much as everyone

You'll find your feet and at the end of the day if the customer's happy that's all that matters! Just a couple of things I noticed and it's no criticism, I just wouldn't want a scam artisit to try their luck!... Get a sign to notify the public that you're working or get a "mind the cable type sign" . You're obviously insured but could help if there's a claim. Lastly, I'd use your company name over the customer reg plates, just to protect the customer and yourself (against fraud etc). Looking forward to the next vid!

That's a case of the old dog you don't worry about too much and it comes out near perfect!!!.
At least the booth extraction is good doing mobile!!.
Shame you can't fit a retractable awning to the side of your van you could pull out and fit sides to, or another alternative is an inflatable booth, but would probably waste too much time using that - roll on summer!.

Looking like a great first day at work on the roads, seems like its nothing new to you, well its not really just the enverament thats changed and i surpose your standard of works wants you to carry on to do the best job possible but like this one it depends on the customer at the end off the day and cost so you just have todo wot thay want an move on grant, how you find spraying in the out doors is it any differant to indoors apart from wind, ?i dont think you'd want to spray an large panel in windy conditions.but it all fun an least your out an about and no place is the same as for no to days is the same,
