Technically speaking, Batman Beyond was never cancelled, the network simply didn't order more episodes (but left the creators believing that they intended to do so). The production team was left hanging for a while, and the collapse of KidsWB left them to turn their focus to Justice League.
What is the deal with Warner Brothers…. There is a story there Not being told..
I want also to add the Looney Tunes Show and they replaced with Wabbit.

Even though it sucks that these cartoons were cancelled, their time on tv was nice while it lasted. especially because we'll always have the memories of them.

I still can’t get over the fact that Nickelodeon actually canceled one of their absolute most beloved Best series like Danny Phantom and Invader Zim. Even though Zim gained huge popularity with preteens and older demographic, he should’ve been put on Adult Swim to be fair.

Pulling the plug on Batman Beyond is still to this day the biggest crime ever and it's been over 20 years since it was last on the air, we're long overdue to see more of Terry Mcginnis, i know we have the current comic books but we need his presence back in animation. Such a criminally underrated show, i would love to see it be brought back as either a new series that continues from the old one or make a complete 4th new season, we need a Batman Beyond revival ASAP

Starfire has yet to have her own character arc so that has to be the main priority! The same goes with Slade as well.
While we can accept that Terra wants to live a normal life over being a Titan again, so many are wondering where we go next.

That final episode of Teen Titans was so very sad to me as a younger kid.
Mostly because of how UNCOMPROMISING it was. Tara was never coming back. It was so damn subtle about the whole situation too that I even began to believe beast boy really did have the wrong person… until the ice cubes in her drink shifted. It felt so weird when I finally understood the fact that having a normal life was more important to Tara than being with beast boy. I felt like she at least owed him an explanation. But again, it remained uncompromising.
I think the reasons why Terra wanted to live a normal life as a high school girl is because of the traumatic experience she has from events of season 2. Going back being a Titan would bring back so many bad memories, or to be used by Slade again. That is my theory on that. Still, we still wonder where we go next, and what are the out comes for Beast Boy. Is it good or bad? Either way, this series needs a revival to fill in room for more like Starfire character arc, Beast Boy’s struggles after Things Change, Robin becomes Nightwing and the epilogue that gives this beloved show a proper closure.
So wish more seasons of Clone Wars were made, such an awesome series that made you look forward to every next episode. Can't wait to see the new Futurama coming in 2023, hope it's so successful it keeps on going, awesome writing in that show! And I always wished there were more seasons of Courage the Cowardly Dog, so dark and brooding but still had the funniest character keeping you smiling...poor Courage! :)

I would take off shows that got lots of seasons like Family Guy and Futurama, put Teen Titans as number one! Also I would’ve put underrated cartoons like Project Geeker, Catscratch, and liberty kids. Because those cartoons only lasted one season!

I feel like the show would have been way less infamous if the first movie was the series finale.
Really wish Tron: Uprising had made this list. It's very reminiscent of Batman Beyonds style. Tron Uprising was ahead of it's time as well. Only one season was one of Disney's greatest travesties.

Replacing Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Hero with a different show because of the success by the biggest installment in the MCU? Unceremoniously stupid
Ending Spectacular Spider Man and axing Wolverine and the X Men due to Disney purchasing Marvel? Unceremoniously stupid
Green Lantern canceled due to poor toy sales? Unceremoniously stupid
Star Wars: The Clone Wars put on hold because of Disney (of course) before it found a second chance? Insert palm to forehead, before they finally concluded the series on Disney+
Teen Titans canceled on a cliffhanger and replaced with one of the worst shows in Cartoon Network history? In a word: OUTRAGE
Gargoyles ended on a cliffhanger and a "Chronicles" installation that does not have enough? Unfair and disappointing.
These kinds of unforgivable acts made tons of kids back in the 90s and 2000s kick the dirt in utter frustration, myself included.
Those shows deserve better, and we want a proper finale. They're a lot more better than the ones we have today.

You can blame Jeph Loeb for replacing EMH with AA because he thinks kids are slow witted morons that don't have the mental capacity to understand a story arc that lasts longer than 20 minutes and can’t follow plots, he insisted on cartoons having single-episode plots because he doesn't think serialized storytelling works in kids' cartoons(even though they have in the past).
It may have been only 2 years old, but close enough was one of my favorite cartoons cancelled waaay too soon

The most outrageous cancelation of the last years, is Infinity Train!
The script for Book 5 was finished and the show layed out for 8 seasons in total. And still HBO decided to cancel this modern gem, leaving dozens of cliffhangers!
The problem was THEY WENT TO HBO hoping people will subscribe to them to watch. When the people were already happy watching it on "FREE TV".

People didn’t want Teen Titans and Symbotic Titans to end so soon because even the creators actually saw potential in the show’s strong storyline’s and action scenes similar to Ben 10’s. Back in middle school I once said that both Ben 10 and Teen Titans would’ve had an epic crossover.

I'm currently halfway through the 2nd season of Batman Beyond. It was such a good show that never should have been cancelled. I don't count Epilogue from JLU as an episode to officially wrap up the series. I consider it a not very well written fan fiction.
Spiderman The Animated Series is my favorite Spiderman cartoon. It should have never been cancelled either. As far as the writers were concerned, there was going to be at least another one or two seasons. John Semper has since said that there a lot of ideas for some great (sounding) stories. Puma being introduced, Carnage returning, as well as Norman Osborn, Richard Fisk becoming The Rose, possibly more Marvel characters making appearances. Let's hope with X-Men '97 coming, we can get Spiderman '98, bring everyone back (that's still alive), and get those stories. Not to sound selfish, but I think we all deserve them.
So you consider it the opposite of what it actually is. Because most fan fiction isn’t made by the makers of the original material.
@@RM-cn8pw I know. I said I considered it a not well written fan fiction. It was better off with Terry not being Bruce's son, that he was just another kid that he took in. I know that the writers had to work Cadmus into everything that was season 2 of JLU, but they should have just left B.B out of it.

Edit: I guess The Call pt 2 kind of hinted at Bruce and Terry being father and son before JLU did.

The original sonic the hedgehog with scratch and grounder was the best. Plus, another decent cartoon which was just aimed for a lower audience was budgie the little helicopter. That ended just so abruptly and it was like the number 1 watched afternoon kids shows in the UK

The MCU may be making bank with all its movies and shows...but the way Disney and Marvel Studios keeps constantly changing already understandable motives, backgrounds and rivalries for some of its characters REALLY got on my nerves; especially after what they did to Thanos and Ultron.
Thus, Avengers: EMH will ALWAYS stand as the definitive version of Marvel (in MY eyes anyway)

Batman beyond, Young Justice, the spectacular spider-man, Green lantern animated series, Danny phantom, and teen Titans for all shows I've seen that I was disappointed that they ended the way they did. Luckily in Justice League Batman beyond showed what his life led up to. Young Justice came back on HBO. Still waiting on spectacular Spider-Man and teen Titans second run. But the one animated series that got canceled that got me totally upset was the 2013 thundercats series. I reboot of the classic cartoon had more of a mystical feel to it then science fiction. It abruptly ended when Mumm-ra got the tech Stone. The series could have had a follow-up miniseries to close everything up but they still leave it on the shelf because of poor toy sales. What is it with all these shows having low toy sales is the reason that they got canceled? Oh and the 2003 He-Man and the Masters of the universe was another series I was upset with when he got canceled. It had some of the best fight scenes and it made Skeletor more menacing (I think he's more menacing than the Revelation one).

Danny Phantom had a phenomenal ending. It didn't over stay it's welcome and ended on a good note.

I think more of the back problems Snoopy has from sleeping on top of a wood doghouse with a roof that meets at a point. Admittedly that only because a Robot Chicken sketch made a joke about it once.
Some that aren’t on the list Thundercats 2011 was good a show that ended to quickly, swat Kats was great but got cancelled I think due to parents complaining

You also forgot to add the original Thomas the tank engine series from 1984-2021 since it was canceled because of the new reboot!

It's also funny because when I watched Wolverine and the X-Men when I was young I didn't even know who Domino was until 2017 or so when I saw Deadpool 2 come out and contest of champions added her and I was like "something about Domino's design looks familiar but I don't really know her" only for me to look her up and see a picture from Wolverine and the X-Men and my jaw dropped cuz I was like how did I not know?!
I honestly don't know who Cable, Domino and Psylocke until 2021. It took me awhile and I still don't know a whole lot about them.
Love the early Charlie Brown TV cartoon specials which were one-off productions not series, Love Futurama, Love Simpsons, Love Family Guy (absolute genius) but hey what about Ren and Stimpy, which was the greatest in the first two seasons and really was the rock star of animated psychosis/genius in the early 90s, but yeah it lost its luster in the later seasons without perverted John K at the helm.
I agree with Ren and Stimpy. I loved watching it as a young child even the "banned" episodes
Wait I didn't know about this Charlie brown and snoopy had a show? I was woefully unaware of this because I'm so used to just the Christmas specials and the Halloween one as well that I didn't even know it officially had a show like I'm stunned. 😲😲😲😲😲 Yeah I think I know which cartoon I'm adding to the list of outstanding cartoons to watch. I did actually grow up with the comic strip because I remember every day my local newspaper had a new one for peanuts and also my grandmother bought a Christmas book with everything from I think it was 1970s or 1960s comics for the Christmas comic strips going into the early '00s. So yeah it was a huge part of my childhood

By the way not going to lie when I was young totally crushed on Starfire. Am I the only one cuz like personality she was awesome and while I knew robin kind of liked her already I was literally just like "I wouldn't want to steal her from robin but I get it I understand why he likes her"
